The ap is beautiful, everything impeccable. Complicated to enter from the primera, but then gets the hang of it. The location is excellent for those who want to know the German village.

Adri was spectacular because our booking was for the 2023 Oktoberfest that was canceled and she authorized us to transfer the reservation to the following year. The Mari who welcomed us on the spot is a friend and welcomed us very well. The place is the same in the pictures, very tasteful, very beautiful and clean. Tranquil neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience! The apto is new, well decorated, with everything you need, plenty of shots and a very tasty shower. The location is good, super close to the German village. We had a small issue with the heater and it was soon resolved.

Estadia was very quiet! The loft is close to the German village and shopping mall, as well as being a very safe and comfortable place! Communication was excellent and the check in was quite flexible.

Communication with Tamy is excellent. The apto is loalized very close to Via Verde, a very beautiful place for hiking, bars and restaurants. It has markets, pharmacy and bakeries nearby and a quick access to the city center. The apto was very clean and has everything you need to live in it. Very good bed, pillows and shower. Clean and smelling linen and bath.

The place was exactly like the pictures. The apartment has all the amenities necessary to spend a few days, this being very comfortable and functional. About the condominium itself, this is well located, but in a more reserved location. The way to access the same is well simplified and without major problems. The little store of the same well supplies any forgetments of everyday items. The building still has a small gym and swimming pool. Recommended for those looking for a comfortable and well located apartment.

The apartment is well located and with everything that is needed in it. only the initial entrance is a little complex but I think it is because I had never taken anything with an electronic lock. I believe that from now on it will be easier when I use it again.

Hosting as being in a place surrounded by a lot of green,silence and fresh air. The decoration and construction is bechamel style German architecture with apparent wood and good taste. Sensational decoration.

I've lost count of how many times I've been in this apartment. Super recommend. All very clean, organized and functioning. Internet good and has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The region is peaceful, safe and reasonably silent (sometimes there is some daytime noise from surrounding works, but nothing absurd). Near Ramiro Ruediger Park and a 15-minute walk from the German Village.
