A separate, fully independent apartment, which is a separate part of a beautiful house made in the highlander style. The apartment has its own independent entrance. Right after the entrance there is a separate room where you can leave jackets, shoes, ski equipment, etc. Then there is a hallway with a kitchenette and a large built-in wardrobe with space for clothes and suitcases. The heart of the apartment is a cozy living room with a fireplace that also functions as a bedroom. The apartment has its own bathroom.

Apartament Rolniczówka No.2 is an independent part of a house built in 2021. It has two bedrooms with a balcony, two bathrooms with a washer and dryer, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The total area of the apartment is 100m2. The proximity of the trails of the Western Tatras, the Chochołowskie Term, the Witów SKI slope, the bike path around the Tatras, the river and the forests make our place an ideal starting point for active people. The mountain cottage is located in the village of Knurów (13 km from Nowy Targ and 15 km from Białka Tatrzańska). The cottage is located in the buffer zone of the Gorce Park near the Dunajec River. It is an ideal alternative for people who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and be able to relax in the area surrounded by a mountain range. The mountain cottage is primarily a good starting point for sports (i.e. mountain trips, rafting on the Dunajec river, cycling and skiing).
