A 35’ dock is available to rent as an add-on (closed off season). The pool is open during the warmer season, a large clubhouse is available + grounds are walkable for pets or to go see the sunset. The beach is just down the road (walk or drive). The condo is marina side & sleeps 6-8 people w/ a full kitchen + 2 private decks. Fishermen & long stays welcome.

With private beach, pool jacuzzi and walking distance to the Jet Express to Put in Bay and downtown Port Clinton. This central location has everything you will need close by. Fishing charters, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. The condo has a new mattress and coffee bar. There are steps and this is on the third floor which makes for the best water views.
