My long stay in this apartment in El Grau de Mancofar was different than planned but still excellent in many ways. As a solo traveler with limited Spanish and no car, it was more isolated than I expected. However, Silvana was gracious to rescue me from the train station when taxi driver did not show up. The apartment was lovely and especially at the off season weekly rate. Also she’s a wonderful host. When I had an issue with the mattress Silvana again was quick to order a cover to address my concern. I would definitely encourage others to book here. I spent many sunny Fall afternoons on the patio reading and walking the beach that’s literally around the corner. The neighborhood shop owners were also friendly and patient with my intermediate Spanish skills. Lastly, I appreciated the like new appliances that allowed me to cook many meals at home. Thanks for a nice experience.

A great place to stay as a family. We traveled with two kids and there was more than enough space. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and even though there is a bit of street noise in the living room/kitchen, the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment, separated by a door which guarantees a good night sleep. The location is very convenient, close to metro station, bus stop and right in the city centre. The hosts were very quick to reply each time. Definitely highly recommended :).

Great host, nice area,not exactly central but ate breakfast in La Fougasse and dinners in le cepa vieja and the local market which were lovely. Apartment has all the handy extra things you do not get in a hotel.Terrace was lovely and the pillow provided by Carmen helped me sleep well

This is the second time we have had the apartment. It is very quiet, practical and comfortable. We felt at home. Jessica was very kind and helpful, she allowed us to make both the entrance and the exit flexible, which made the logistics of the trip very much easier.

A nice place to stay. Has everything you need. Location is good, close to the Turia Gardens and The City of Arts and Sciences. A bit far from center but still walkable. Lorenzo was helpful and recommended restaurants and other things. Overall I recommend!

The stay here was great, the cleanliness of the place is spectacular. The reception to the apartment was very nice, the gentleman who gave us the keys (Vicente) is very friendly and was available to everything we needed. Supermarkets are close by. It was definitely one of our best stays in Moncofar.

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

My parents, who are in their late 60s, stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The place was very comfortable for them, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. Most of all, the location is perfect—right in the center, which made sightseeing super convenient. Highly, highly recommend this place!

The host Miryam has been very attentive and pleasant, even with details such as leaving coffee, oil, etc. The house is impeccable and in a very quiet area, ideal for a relaxed end with friends or family.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Wonderful stay. more than excellent accommodation. clean and super quiet house. we had a great week. Cristina is a great host and I would recommend it 100%. we'll be back.

We were very well. A quiet and central area with good parking. Although we matched little with Anabel,we were chatting a good time with her and she seemed very responsible and nice. No doubt, when we come back in that area, we will go back to his house.

The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures, great spacious. Beautiful rooms. Super luxury finished. Really anything you need was present. Clean pool and lovely hot jacuzzi. We were 9 people and really have nothing negative to report. Alberto was very friendly and helpful. He designed the villa himself and it really is a work of art. Can highly recommend this villa. If you are traveling with the family and want to enjoy luxury, but still want to be a short drive from Valencia, this is the place.

Carlos apartment is very cozy and we did really felt like home there. The area around Serra is very nature based, wild and beautiful. Carlos was always available and a kind host. We can only recommend visiting this place!!

The apartment is in a very good location between a very nice park and a downtown area, and a supermarket one block away. It is very modern, clean, has a nice backyard, has AC and fast internet. Aida responded to my questions within minutes.

Excellent apartment, clean and spacious. Near a metro and supermarket. Perfect Wifi. Good contact, smooth, nice that we were allowed to bring our luggage earlier.

Jorge has been a great host, he treated us as if it were his family, we will return for sure. The apartment was very well located with all the necessary amenities, the area is very quiet and familiar, with parks and sports areas. It has the beach very close , restaurants , etc. We felt right at home. Thank you very much Jorge.

Host always very helpful and friendly! Cute apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The center of the village is easily accessible by car or walk. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We will return if we pass the area again! Recommended!

I hardly know where to start…it felt like an absolute privilege to stay in this lovingly restored turn of the century building. Every detail was thought through and it felt like walking into a film set but at the same time sooo comfortable. The indoor courtyard is an added plus, a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The el-Cabanyal area is quirky and fun and close to the beach. Lorena was friendly and gave us some great tips which added to our enjoyment of the area. If I could give ten stars i would.
