Amazing Stay.... Highly recommend. Ana was an excellent host who was there for everything we need Late check in, very responsive host always happy to help The Villa was better than the photos..... definately going back next year.

Excellent host, absolutely amazing attention to customer, clearly Mirco and his wife know how to be excellent hosts and deserve all the praise they receive, and absolute gem staying with them.

Very quiet accommodation less than a 10 minute drive to a beautiful beach. The host left a bunch of towels, bed sheets, coffee Etc and also has wi-fi Very good communication and flexibility. Some little detail to improve but most importantly the value for money has been outstanding We'll be back for sure.

The hosts were attentive at all times, answering all doubts and providing solutions, the area is very quiet and is a very comfortable apartment, and it is down the street and you are on the beach immediately or in the shopping center, very well communicated, we would repeat without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the old town which has a wide and varied selection of restaurants.

It's a small place, but perfect for a couple. Clean, tidy, with all amenities and located in a very good area. Alfonso was very kind at all times. We will repeat. :)

Veronica was amazing, always responsive and the apartment was everything I had hoped for. Quiet building, amazing sunrise. Super fast internet 600Mbps and could walk 10 mins to the tram station or 20 minutes into town.

We had a wonderful stay at Eva’s apartment! The space was cozy, spotless, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace, where we enjoyed a lovely barbecue under the open sky. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Thank you, Eva, for being such a thoughtful and welcoming host — we’d love to come back someday!

Magnificent apartment, very large, bright, modern, everything is very clean, the location is perfect, the views are unbeatable. Mogollon of restaurants on the promenade. We've been super agusto, I'm sure we'll do it again.

very sweet people, who make you feel at home. have been able to eat with you is deliciously cooked for you, for a small amount. everything fresh, but indicated if you want to eat with had nice and cozy conversations. breakfast enough, fresh fruits, delicious bread, jam( homemade) nice and calm area

Very cozy and clean hostel in the very best location to the harbor, beach and restaurants. The owner couldn't be more friendly. I would give 6 stars.

Being at Xavier's place is wonderful is a very large house with everything you need . Xavier is very attentive , he is always on the lookout for you to be comfortable in his home. The closest beach is 5min drive but if you have a car there are very nice nearby beaches. i would definitely recommend Xavier's place

Had such a great stay! Cristian is a lovely host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was amazing, the host was super friendly and kind. At the check-in he showed us all the nearest and good restaurants and what to visit! The position was perfect! For sure I recommend it, and for sure we’ll choose it again for our next stay in Alicante! 😊

We stayed on vacation at Xavier's place and it was a great experience. From the beginning he made us feel super comfortable, he is a very friendly person, attentive at all times, and at the same time gave us total privacy. The house is a pass, very nice and well cared for. The space for guests is comfortable and spacious. Also, the atmosphere of the place is very quiet, ideal to disconnect for a few days. We left with a very good feeling and looking forward to coming back. Thank you for everything Xavier!
