Condo vacation rentals in Port of Alicante

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

We spent a month here and immediately felt at home. The kitchen, especially, is well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The sitting room is the central spot with views of both sea, the Serra Grossa in Alicante, and mountains behind. The furniture is comfortable with many choices for relaxing. You won’t regret staying here.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

A well appointed apartment. As described, very close to the beach. It is in a residential area, quiet and peacefull. Easy connection with Alicante, El Campello by bus or tram. Good onsite parking. Highly recommended.

Mieszkanie komfortowe z pięknym widokiem na morze i panoramę miasta. Do dyspozycji dobrze utrzymany basen. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Idealne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem.

In een woord GEWELDIG! Wij hebben deze accommodatie voor een maand geboekt en zouden graag langer willen blijven. Helaas moeten wij voor werkzaamheden terug naar Nederland anders zouden wij hier nooit meer weg willen. Het huis was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mijn 2 jarige dochtertje heeft de tijd van haar leven gehad want er is overal aan gedacht. Van speelgoed tot aan bordjes en bekertjes etc. De behulpzaamheid van Caroline verdiend een dikke 10!! Mijn ouders konden helaas niet zelf naar de supermarkt ivm hun leeftijd, boodschappen meenemen was voor Caroline geen enkel probleem. Ook hadden mijn ouders geen verstand van de verschillende afstandsbedieningen en ook hier kwam Caroline voor langs om ze dit persoonlijk uit te leggen. Dit is een accomodatie die wij veel vaker zullen boeken omdat je hier een zorgeloze vakantie hebt. Hou er wel rekening mee dat er geen supermarkt op loopafstand is en dat een auto hebben wel echt een must is op deze locatie. Nogmaals een 10!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in het appartement van Carsten. Smaakvol en met aandacht ingericht. De hangstoel op het balkon was een favoriet van onze kinderen.

Pablo idealny gospodarz. Pomocny i komunikatywny. Nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo spokojna okolica i około trzy minuty pieszo do plaży. Sam apartament wart swojej ceny. Wszystkie udogodnienia z opisu, a nawet więcej niż się człowiek spodziewał. Każdy miał swój pokój. Nawet znajdował się airfryer. Kostki do zmywarki także były w zestawie, także naprawdę gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim.

Wij hebben bijna 6 weken in dit appartement gezeten en hebben het super gehad! Het appartement had alles voor ons lange verblijf. Extra pluspunten: bureau en terras. Ideale locatie, weg van de drukte maar toch op korte loopafstand van strand en centrum. En de groene heuvel met het kasteel aan het einde van de straat! Heerlijk om 's avonds nog even te lopen en te genieten van het uitzicht. Teresa heeft ons super goed geholpen. Ze reageert snel en het is erg fijn communiceren met haar. We zouden zeker nog een keer gaan!

Notre séjour chez Charles a été très positif dans l'ensemble. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'agrément du logement (emplacement, luminosité, charme, disposition) et surtout la gentillesse et la réactivité de Charles. Sa disponibilité à résoudre nos problèmes à distance a été très appréciable et témoigne de son excellent sens de l'hospitalité. Cependant, il y a eu quelques points à améliorer concernant la luminosité excessive dans les chambres la nuit et le bruit de la ventilation dans la petite chambre. En résumé, on pourrait le qualifier de séjour agréable, grandement facilité par la bienveillance et l'implication de Charles, malgré quelques désagréments mineurs.

Beautiful clean roomy apartment. Only 50 from beach and less than 5 mins from 'the strip' but quiet and peaceful. Very well equipped for 6 people. We used Benniconnect Bus from airport, drop off at Don Pancho Hotel and 2 minute walk. Brilliant. Bob extremely helpful, met us and checked us in and was available via mesage or phone at any time. We had no problems at all.

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.

Bardzo dobra okolica, bardzo blisko do morza, prosto pod domem duży sklep, w pobliżu dużo restauracji. Bardzo czyste, wygodne mieszkanie, w mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzebne na wypoczynku. Bardzo pomocny właściciel, szybko odpowiada. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni pobytem.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Apartamento para dos o tres personas, ubicado cerca de la playa de Levante, donde predomina el turismo británico. Pese a que es la zona más ruidosa de Benidorm, la calle donde está ubicado el apartamento es muy tranquila, al igual que el vecindario. Ruth es una persona atenta y contesta rápidamente a todas las dudas. Dispone de parking privado, aunque no tiene plaza asignada, por lo que en casi toda la estancia no pudimos hacer uso de el mismo. Hay un parking público muy cerca, aunque también es complicado encontrar plaza en temporada alta.

Very easy to deal with,the apartment very clean and tide!

We chose Mayte's place because of the location. We were in town to visit family who lived across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Most of our days were filled with activity and the location allowed us to move around the town easily. And at night we could relax in the room and watch movies together. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and with the tram right outside of the complex expanded our options. We would definitely stay here again.
