Αγαπητοί επισκέπτες, Καλώς ήρθατε στη μαγευτική μας εξοχική κατοικία, όπου η παράδοση συναντά τη σύγχρονη αισθητική! Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Family house vp, Thassos - Potamia

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιά, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό πλάτανο. Σε απόσταση μόλις 5 μ. θα βρείτε μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο, καφέ,εστιατόρια κτλ. Η θάλασσα απέχει περίπου 3 χλμ. (10λεπτά οδήγηση). Υπάρχει άφθονος χώρος δωρεάν πάρκινγκ περιμετρικά του σπιτιού. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη σας, με super γρήγορο Wi-Fi, δημιουργώντας έναν άνετο και ευχάριστο χώρο για τη διαμονή σας.

A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. Το Handmade Farm House είναι ένα σπίτι με ταυτότητα! Κάθε γωνία του, από την οροφή μέχρι το μπάνιο φτιάχτηκε από εμάς στο χέρι. Μας πήρε χρόνο, πολύ ενέργεια, τόνους έμπνευσης και πολύ μεράκι για να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. Βάζουμε το "παραδοσιακό" στη φιλοξενία... το μόνο που μένει είναι να την απολαύσετε!

It's only 10km away from the sea and that means a 10' drive through a lovely road surrounded by pine trees. The 720m2 of the property will gives you a sense of traquility and calmness to your family. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

My place is suitable for couples, activities for one person, a group of 4 people, business travelers and families (with children). You are all welcome!

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach. The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
