The place was nice and clean and the hosts were great. The location has several great places within a very short walk. The place was comfy and it was great to have a consistent off-street parking spot available. I definitely would stay again.

This place is heaven on earth and Missy is a literal angel , Her hospitality and thoughtfulness makes you feel like family. The suite is connected to the main house but It felt like i had all the privacy in the world. Super cozy, the space is stocked with almost everything you could need to be comfortable and functional. A little oasis at an extremely affordable price ! Would absolutely recommend!

What a great place. Conveniently located with easy access to whatever you may need. The view was spectacular and the place was immaculate. Dogs were super friendly, and I kinda miss them already. Highly recommend for anyone needing a place in the area.

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and we were able to walk to majority of the tourist sites. The host was communicative and responded quickly. We would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Highly recommendable. A superb place to hide away from city's hustle and bustles. Tom and Barbara were most helpful and responsive - property is very nicely kept with perfect interiors and everything that you would need to stay there. Natural surroundings welcome you as soon as you open windows or step out of the Guest Suite. The issue with google maps has been resolved as it directed us to the right place (previous reviews had it leading to a nearby house). We tested Apple maps also (just in case) but that landed us about 2 miles away so Google maps is best to reach here. Fire pit is extremely big which can probably be made smaller as large fires are not as enjoyable as a smaller ones. Overall a great place which I would want to book again in the future.

Perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while skiing at Wintergreen. Pamela was extremely nice to communicate with and the space was comfy and clean. We plan to return.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were visiting from England and got to explore Virginia and West Virginia with this lovely home as our base. The view is amazing and it was so peaceful sitting outside. Thankyou for the excellent guides and recommendations. We would love to come back!

I was greeted by a smiling warm family and nice mustache upon arrival. Premium property in Arlington proper, with the owners taking great pride in the details of the comfortable, Scandinavian spa-like artisan unit. Loved the espresso machine, top notch bed and washer/dryer in house. Can't beat the location and value, from someone that used to live in their town.

This was a perfect place for my groomsmen and I. We used this space for getting ready for the big wedding and the space was large enough for us and our camera people. The theatre room was our favorite part because the guys came over the night prior and we watched some March Madness Games. I really enjoyed this place and highly recommend.

I've stayed here several times, feels like my home away from home. Each visit is fantastic! Always quiet, clean, comfortable, and very relaxing! The hosts are amazing, very responsive and accommodating.

This was our second time at this location, which should say something to prospective guests. We first came in the fall of ‘24, to visit family mostly and my mother who had Parkinson’s. After my mother’s passing, we needed to return to Harford County for the celebration of life. There was no discussion: we wanted to return to this home. The stay is like having an apartment with plenty of room to relax or have a quick bite. After time with family, I needed some time apart from the family in a quiet setting. The room is exceptionally clean and the bed is better than my bed at home. If we find ourselves back in the area, Bobbie’s place will be the first place we check for availability.

It was the perfect space and location for a getaway weekend! Well designed layout, comfortable, nice detailed touches, and we loved the wallpaper. We could easily walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Poe Museum. Definitely recommend!

The location was important to us and was .3 miles from the party we had come to attend in DC. The garden apartment was freshly updated and pristine clean. It was the perfect choice for us.

Maura's place was exactly what we needed. Private, quiet, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The sofa and bed are exceptionally comfortable, and the decor is clean, calming, and welcoming. The kitchen has all the basics needed to make a simple meal. The bathroom is spacious and spotless. We only stayed two nights, but could easily stay longer. We will stay here again when we need a place in Timonium. (As stated in the listing, the ceilings in this unit are low - not a problem for us as we are 5"2' and 5"8'.)

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at in my many stays in DC. The inside is spacious, clean, and updated (huge perk). Great location near lots of food. The garage door was broken when we came, but the host apologized and let us know it was set to be fixed. When working, this added perk brings a lot of privacy and security. Wish it worked during our stay. One downside is that you cannot control the temperature inside the unit. Most units like this in DC have controlled air through built in units, so you are subject to the temperature that the owners have it set to.

Perfect! What was I looking for? A log cabin ✔️, in nature ✔️, and peaceful ✔️. A hot tub ✔️, a fire pit ✔️, and a comfortable bed ✔️. All of the things I was looking for and so much more to boot. Every supply or necessity you could possibly need is accounted for. There’s a well stocked kitchen and full breakfast ingredients supplied. (including the unique addition of delicious homemade pizzelles! Communication was excellent, entrance was easy. Hot tub was amazing! I cannot think of a reason to not book this place if you are even considering it. Five star!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in DC. It is so clean, very comfortable and matched the description perfectly. The house book was super helpful - it had very clear directions and information for all aspects of the apartment. Where to find soap, how to use the laundry machine, cleaning supplies, how to get to the airport, etc. It is very thoughtful and it is obvious they’ve put a lot of thought into making their guests stay easy and enjoyable. This was not a problem for us but people should be aware that it is a 20+ minute walk to the metro. We didn’t mind this, and it was super easy to get an Uber when we needed one. You can hear some noise from upstairs, but it is not bothersome and is what you can expect from an older home. Overall, a lovely stay. Thank you.
