Glamping tent on a 170 acre eco/hotel/ranch situated around sacred Native American Land. A great place to get away from the city and hike, star gaze, write or do some art. Plenty of open space to do something or nothing. Beautiful views and Sunsets. Tecate, Mexico is 7 min away so bring your passport or Birth certificate for a fun day in Mexico or hike on our local trails, visit local Vineyards, go to local Casinos BBQ, relax and read a book (only 40 min from San Diego 3 hours from Los Angeles).
“Kiran's place is exactly what to look for when trying to escape city life or just enjoy some peace and quiet. Even though his ranch hosts a few different people at a time, it never felt crowded. Everyone is respectful of eachother's space and super friendly. Kiran was amazing with communication and the check-in process, making sure we knew where to find everything we need! We had a 4 year old with us for his first time camping and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The tent was perfect and even though it got down to 40 at night we all slept very comfortably with the bed and small couch. It was a great way to get the camping experience with "glamping" amenities. Make sure to check out the sunset! Amazing views and a fun area to explore. We'll be back for sure!”

“We booked Lenette's place for a weekend family reunion. The place had tons of space for the kids to play and dance and we loved having a pool and a piano. The amount of fun play space definitely means we will consider booking here again. Note that the location is fairly remote. This was perfect for our loud group, and we didn't mind having a bit of a drive to go do things in San Diego, but there aren't quick places to go grab gas or food or whatever, so prepare accordingly. This also meant we were close to wildlife. We loved seeing wild rabbits in the hills. The spiders around the pool, not so much, but we dealt with it. The place had tons of space for our group to sleep. Some of us slept on the large enclosed patio quite pleasantly (the weather was perfect). The bathroom situation was a little odd and probably the thing we struggled with the most. There are two and a half bathrooms, but two of them you have to walk through rooms to get to and the other is in the basement. The whole layout of the building is kind of weird; I don't believe it was originally built to be a residence. A couple of the rooms are quite small and one of the rooms is more of a loft area. There was plenty of space overall and it worked great for us, but there isn't a whole ton of enclosed bedroom space, for any who would be concerned about that. Lenette was very friendly and hospitable. She had homemade bread waiting for us when we arrived and it was absolutely delicious. She had good tips for us for our visit and was very thoughtful about all the young children in our group and their safety and fun. She was staying close by on the property which was great for when we had questions or help with anything, though perhaps not ideal for groups who are concerned with privacy. Overall, we had a terrific stay. The space is built for fun.”
Spacious house with large front yard and plenty of parking. Easy access from I-8. We are pet friendly. Two Fire Pits to choose from to roast your Smores. Relax in the Hot Tub and make a wish on a falling Star! Use of a wood grill or a gas one and Picnic and Patio furniture. Corn Hole Game and other Board Games to use. Direct TV, Internet or just relax under the Oak tree on the swing. Block and a half to the Malt shop and less than a half hour to the Mexican Border crossing at Tecate.
“This is a great house to rent for a large group. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay and the house is a great value. There were enough bedrooms so that everyone could have their own space, yet we were able to gather around the kitchen and dining room as a family. Also, it was very convenient to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher available for use with our large group. As others mentioned, it is within easy walking distance to a shop and hiking trail.”
