Luiz was attentive from the check in until the checkout. Received us kindly and made us feel extremely comfortable. The house is beautiful, just like the ad, with a breathtaking view. All rooms were well equipped and there were ventilators and air conditioning in the rooms. Greatly functioning Internet and 3 TVs, all with streaming access. This is the second time we have stayed in Flat in Rio and the experience was again excellent! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, eating chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, even has washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. The convenience is great ! Having coffee on the porch and enjoying the sea soothes the soul . I will only make a review regarding the fan of the room . We were last week , it was not hot anymore it was muffled and the fan is very weak . Urgent need to change a visa that does not have air-conditioning in the living room . You need to invest urgently in a fan or purchase of an air conditioner in the living room . Since the kitchen is also attached to it becoming difficult to stay in the environment.

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. The location of Fabio's house is simply perfect. Colado on the beach, q is the best beach in the region. Super quiet, beautiful and excellent p kids. We love it!

The apartment has a front and side enclosed balcony that provides a stunning panoramic view, not to mention the natural lighting. The apto is very well appointed, very comfortable, very clean. John and Charlotte are very attentive and the location could not be better. Bares, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies, all just a few steps away. The beach is in front and the streets of the region are calm, away from the muvuca. I felt at home!

Beautiful place to stay in Joatinga!

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

The stay was wonderful, the flat is perfect, it served us very well. The super prompt and thoughtful host. We found the place wonderful, close to everything and very safe. I will definitely indicate to anyone who asks me about somewhere in Rio. Looking forward to returning. Congratulations!
