This house was perfect for a group of 10 people, with plenty of space and a lush outdoor area. For those who come from São Paulo, it is almost unbelievable to find such a special place like this one. We will definitely return!

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Great house, caring home and great location

We spent an amazing holiday at the Lucas home. The house is even more beautiful in person, all as shown in the photos. Lucas and Edlane always responded quickly, and always with cordiality. Everything we requested and needed was served quickly. My family and I love the house and the time we spend there, I'm sure to indicate and we'll be back. Location is great, close to the beach. We were 10 people and the house served us perfectly. The house is very good and matches the photos and information of the site. The rooms of the house are well distributed and cozy what made us feel in our house. Although very close to the beach we ended up staying most of the time in the pool which is a strong point of the house. The Wersângela though was at the end of the gravides met us when necessary and Luiz, homemade, when we needed, answered us promptly. What we missed was toilet paper in the bathrooms and sheets in the beds and nets on the balconies. We greatly thank Wesângela for the understanding that anticipated check-in and postponed the check-out. I recommend the house for you want to enjoy the area.

We had an extremely positive experience during our stay at Mr. Assis, located on the beach of Presídio, near the beach and almost beside the Hotel Jangadeiro. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the sea and other points of interest in the region. The house is very well cared for, clean and equipped with everything you need for days of comfort and tranquility. All kitchen appliances work perfectly, and there are new air-conditioning in every room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor area has a great barbecue and a sports space with a soccer field and volleyball, which made the children happy. We would also like to highlight the hospitality of the landlord. Mr. Assis was extremely helpful, kind and considerate, always available to answer questions and promptly meet any needs that have arisen. My family and I loved the days we spent at Jussara's house. Very good house, with everything we need, and it's on Beach Park Street. We were very well received by Márcia, who is very attentive and kind. Anyone who rents it won't regret it.

It is a nice, well-appointed and decorated house, with a small garden and a well-maintained pool by Jafet (taking care to make sure I didn't miss anything). Alexandre and Françoise are very available in case of problems and quickly find solutions. I had a WiFi issue when I arrived which was fixed in 15 minutes! The beach was really close and easy to get to with a few beach restaurants. I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe! The only negative I find there is the mosquitoes very present on the ground floor in this season because the space is less well ventilated (even if everything is open). Upstairs, it was much better because it was very well ventilated! The special tropical mosquito repellent was still mandatory. The investment in air conditioning in the bedrooms could be beneficial for sleeping even better!

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

We appreciate the warm reception and welcome during our stay. Mr. Lúcio e D. Socorro who have always been attentive, making our experience more comfortable. The house has a great structure, with a lovely view, a well-planned outdoor area and a pleasant pool. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to stay. However, to ensure the announced, more careful maintenance must be done, as we notice mold in some environments, infiltration marks in one of the rooms, which affected an asthmatic guest. Also, the air conditioners need maintenance, and one of them did not refrigerate. The acquisition of a washing machine would help in the conservation of bed linen and the towels that sometimes smelled of mold. Despite this, we highlight the dedication of the team, which ensured a pleasant stay. We greatly appreciate the affection and support of Lúcio e Socorro.

Dona Silvia's house is very much what she shows in the images. It is a great house, well cared for, good safety for being all fenced and comfortable. She and the housekeeper Mr. Antonio are extremely attentive and quick to assist. One important thing that is worth noting is that in addition to the qualities of the house, Mrs. Silvia is extremely correct and honest about the indications, information and agreed upon, so what was agreed with her once you can rest assured that it will be complied with. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back someday.

The house is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, clean, cozy, we feel at home. The beach is very close, just around the corner. The place is quiet and familiar, great for those who want to peel, and Ticiana is a very considerate hostess, she passed all the necessary information and gave all the necessary support, I recommend too much.

I had a very good stay with Felipe. The house is cozy, well located and comfortable. Felipe was a great host, always attentive and willing to make sure my experience was the best possible. The communication was excellent, and he gave me great tips about the region. As a suggestion, I would recommend the installation of air conditioned in the rooms or the improvement of the mattresses, but this in no way prevented us from enjoying the house and the wonderful beach in the front.
