We are in the city center at Praia da Armação, on the Bardot waterfront, with great restaurants. And next door is the Zapata (nightclub) with a lot of excitement, music and joy. On holidays and weekends, it is even more lively! The gate accesses the corridor that serves another house of ours. The house is totally independent! House/Loft: On the ground floor: service area, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs: The bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with sofa bed and balcony (integrated), with sea view.

Complete house in crockery and household utensils. Space for fraternization with BBQ. In the condominium space (common area), which has access to the beach (speedboat / jet ski ramp), there are also sports courts ( soccer, volleyball and tennis ), dry and steam sauna, game room, swimming pool (adult and child), bar/restaurant and parking.

It is very nice and easy to maintain, has everything nearby and is well equipped. It is 80 meters from Geribá beaches and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby.
