“This place blew us away, in so many ways. The space is amazing, surrounded by nature and the jungle. Cooking in the outdoor kitchen was an incredible experience, and the four poster bed with ceiling fan ensured we slept amazingly. The back of the house opens onto a mind-blowing garden, and we were treated to fresh fruit and vegetables from there regularly. There is also a gorgeous stream nearby - fresh crystal water making for amazing morning swims. Then there were our hosts Kolin & Pat, and their lovable dog, Bruce: such kind, helpful and awesome people for whom nothing was too much trouble - they really went to every possible effort to ensure we had a great stay, going above and beyond anything we might have expected, and the result was our best ever experience on Airbnb. It being our honeymoon, they left us champagne, rose petals and swan-shaped towels on arrival, making us feel extra special and looked after. They also have amazing local knowledge, recommending great things to do and helping us with the logistics. When you stay here, also be sure to ask them to give you Melvin's number - a local guide who treated us to an incredible tour one day, learning about the island, plants and animals. If we ever visit the Carribbean again, we would take a special trip to St. Lucia just to stay here and visit these guys. Take our advice and stay there too; you won't be disappointed!”

“This place was exceptional! The villa is high quality and pristinely clean (they even had people come in for a mid week clean). The hosts were fabulous and so accommodating! They assisted us with grocery shopping and offered to show us around the island. They gave us ideas for activities on the island and offered to take us to them. When we didn't have charcoal to grill one night, they came over with some supplies very quickly. They are responsive to every need and very quick to answer messages. The setting is absolutely gorgeous! It is conveniently located to the airport, about 15 minutes, and about 15 minutes to a major fishing village. The villa is fairly remote since we did not have a car but the hosts were very kind to offer to take us to other places. There is plenty of room for parking if you do have a car. The hosts gave us rides to the airport as well. The villa has a washing machine with everything you would need, nice bed sheets, a plethora of pillows, and plenty of bath and pool towels. There is air conditioning in every room but it wasn't needed with the wind and some open windows. The pool was clean and has it's own bathroom and shower. We enjoyed eating at Zamaca (a short walk up the street) and the hosts helped us make dinner reservations. I would definitely stay here again and 10/10 would recommend!”

“"Digital Rehab". We adored our stay here. We will remember waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and amongst nature. Each morning we walked down to the dam and swung from a rope into the lagoon to refresh ourselves . Then we would stroll to the waterfall to shower and gaze at the unimaginable beauty of the rainforest and latille falls. John was also an unforgettable host. He taught us a lot about the natural lifestyle he lives and we will take home a lot of his wisdom. He made us food each night which was delicious, and all organic . It was an amazing start to our holiday - we wish we could have come back towards the end of our holiday but we will have to come back to St Lucia to see John again . P.S. ask for some of his natural insect repellent”
