The top floor is an open concept area with exit to a private terrace with a private heated swimming pool and relax area. Apartment is in 300 meters from sea and center of town.

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Approximately 35 m² apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking. 350 m from the sea, just a few minutes' walk.
