This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Federica's place is in a great location to reach the beaches that are a ten-minute walk away. The house is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the linens provided were even packed and a laundry arrow. The outdoor space allowed us to spend pleasant evenings. Overall a great experience

I was my second time in the apartment of fabio. I enjoyed it a lot and will come again next year.

The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk long. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us, and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also one fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very nice and nice, we didn't miss a thing and it was really available right away. Once again the Marche is a wonderful region, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself, and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

The absolute plus found for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main street of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to go hiking, you can forget about the car. Noemi is a ready, kind, generous host with advice and always available: you can see her experience in terms of hospitality. For me, a "superhost"! The house is fully "furnished": I found everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. A very positive experience!

Seating me in Leontina's apartment was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I've had here on Airbnb. In addition to the structure of the site that exceeds the qualities of the ad, since it is a seemingly new place, very well equipped with appliances, all very good and functioning, complete cooking, new furniture and bed and bath linens and delivered extremely clean, the place is airy, of course, very ventilated and works very well for those who want to stay longer periods in Civitanova, have pharmacy and supermarket on the side! Leontina is a natural person. Extremely helpful and attentive, it did everything to make my stay the best possible, and so it did, for sure it was much more than a host. I'm so glad I stayed with her and grateful for everything! Torso to be able to return as soon as possible!

The images reflect reality, the house is complete with every need, the area is quiet and well served by shops for any need. The view from the apartment is wonderful. Marco is a helpful and welcoming host. A wonderful vacation.

I want to give a big shout out to Loredana! She is super friendly and helpful with everything we needed! Even though we only stay for one night here, we enjoyed the place so much! Great food at the restaurant and breakfast, great spa, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the beach. I will definitely go back next time I go to Potenza Picena.

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

An unforgettable experience: the pool, the tennis courts, the panoramic view from the balcony (from which you can see beautiful mind at sunset, along with the cathedral of Loreto), the nearby beaches… Then the sofa bed seemed particularly comfortable to me. The staff is really kind and thoughtful, just like the owner.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

The villa is equipped with all the comforts, from mosquito nets, to microwave, and the spaces are spacious and very livable even for large groups. The garden is a great resource, and the outdoor shower with hot water really nice surprise. The location is great, with a short private passage to reach the sea.

Recent relais activity; enchanting place that I would recommend without hesitation to enjoy relaxation, peace and quiet. Great view and location; take care of the artistic details; it makes you want to go back.

The stay in Massimiliano's apartment was impeccable! Massimiliano was super kind and helpful, and also very flexible as he met me due to an unexpected personal event.

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... I would love to come back :-) Massimo is a great host, thanks for everything and see you again. Ciao katrin

Lovely location in a quiet part of Porto Reccanati. Lovely prom walks starting outside the apartment. Great balcony setup with the apartment. Nice to sit there and watch the sun godown. Marts was very attentive and answered any qyestions we have really quickly...

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

I was a guest of Daniele's with my husband and children. The newly renovated apartment is located in a slightly old but quiet building, very functional with excellent well-organized spaces, balcony and everything you need to stay comfortably. The great location to reach a nice free beach, the center with a 15-minute walk, in general convenient to get around both the Conero and the hinterland. I definitely recommend
