House vacation rentals in Province of Macerata

Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

What a nice place! The house was clean, the rooms spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful nature in the area. The privacy was also top – wonderfully quiet. Actually, the only downside was that we only booked one night. We would have loved to stay longer! Giannina is a top host!

We (three teenagers, my wife and I) stayed for a week in Agneta’s and Tjabo’s place Casa Aquila. The environment is beautiful. Although is quite isolated we loved it, even the kids. The (private) pool made the place, but also Agneta’s and Tjabo’s kindness. We baked our own pizza’s in the pizza oven (together with our hosts) and barbecued a couple of times. The house is nice and well equipment with a basic bathroom. Two good bedrooms and a bunk bed in a smaller room for the kids. If you looking for a calm place in summertime where you can chill at the pool side with eagles flying above your head, than this is the place.

Fab host and fab place.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Great place to stay in the Marche countryside. Tiziana is a very helpful person. House very thoughtful in details, the pool is a plus not to be underestimated. Go back.

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Laura and Lorella, discreet and available at the same time, welcome you in a well-kept and welcoming environment that transmits the warmth of "home". Quiet and reserved, the location allows you to rest and relax. Recommended for couples and families, but also for anyone who wants to escape by diving into chaos only when they want it

We were in the house with 2 families. It is noticeable that the house is also used by the owner. But that's not supposed to be a negative feature, on the contrary. The house was very comfortably furnished, especially the great kitchen with more than good amenities. The rooms were good. Insect screens available everywhere. Sufficient seating available outside everywhere. The pool was great. Absolute privacy. The only drawback: nothing was within walking distance. A car is mandatory. But it didn't bother us any further. Clear recommendation.

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The place is fairy and the host is very kind. We felt at home.

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Lovely place, very nice new apartment with beautiful views of the Marche hills in a quiet area, ideal for visiting the many places of interest and to reach the sea. The owners Luca and Annalisa are very kind and helpful, they helped us with all our requests! Absolutely to be repeated! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful stay! The spacious garden was a real highlight—my dog absolutely loved it and had so much space to play and relax. The location was also great, with easy access to the sea, which made our days even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I truly appreciated the comfort and charm of the place, and would definitely love to come back!

excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. varied and numerous supply of bathroom and kitchen materials for consumption excellent operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini chain, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions to Mount Sibilla, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio gorges, the hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ambro, etc. possibility of using the swimming pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee, currently 8 euros) overall a great life experience in a very well-kept house and enjoyable. Our experience at "Sotto i Pini" was positive. Lovely place, quiet and full of charm. The place is well-kept, there's nothing missing, so we just have to worry about food. It is the right solution for those who want to combine sea and countryside, to also find moments of relaxation. Unique small note, since it was a hot summer, in the bedroom you can suffer a little, depending on the habits of each of us. Anyway, to try, also because Daniela is a perfect host and Roland is an efficient right arm.

Very nice and functional country house, with a beautiful covered terrace, perfect for protection from heat and rain. The location offers absolute privacy and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Lots of activities available nearby: walks on the surrounding trails, access to the river, villages and hamlets nearby. San Severino is a very beautiful historic town, several bars for aperitifs, supermarkets, services. Lorenzo and his sister were perfect hosts, very nice, friendly and helpful: we had some problems with the dishwasher and they took immediate action. An absolutely recommended stay, perfect with children and dogs.
