Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Apartment in the city centre!

Cozy apartment between the Duomo and the Ducal Palace. The apartment is divided in two rooms. In the first room there's the kitchen, while the rest of the apartment is an open space with "bedroom" and "living room" (with a sofa-bed) divided by a huge wardrobe. Living room is completed by a balcony with table and chairs. Washing machine; Air conditioning; Fiber WiFi. Near best RESTAURANTS and PLACES OF INTEREST. 4TH FLOOR. NO LIFT. Tourist tax not included 2,5€ per person per night.

A bright and spacious duplex, thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the modern comforts. Ideally located in the heart of the city, the Blue Loft is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Bologna. Its central location, with private parking and just outside the ZTL, makes it a great base to discover the region. It is managed by Christian, an experienced host, and his partner Beatrice, an architect & volunteer Airbnb Community Leader, who also oversaw the interior design.

Beautiful one bedroom classic Italian villa with a large, private terrace, close to the Via degli Dei hiking route! Fully stocked kitchen, private bathroom, single access with a queen sized bed, antique furniture, and incredible views of the mountain range from your bedroom window! The family below is very welcoming, and happy to host you! We grow our own fruit, nuts, and even make our own wine, sauces, and pastas from scratch! Come join us!

Cozy hilltop retreat with midcentury decor

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. Farm Apartment

Mutina Animalia ENPA is an oasis of the National Animal Protection Association, a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION that deals in particular with farm mammals. Immersed in the Modena countryside, between the bike path on the Secchia embankment and the historical center, less than 3 km away. The area is completely fenced and has an entrance independent of the facility and the animal area. Four-legged guests will be very welcome!

Casa Bertiera Bologna Centro

Casa Bertiera is born in a typical Bolognese context, right in the center. A particular open space on the second floor overlooking the rooftops, in a small and quiet street, near Via Indipendenza. An extraordinary location, 10 minutes walk from the station and the convenient parking of Piazza VIII Agosto. Walk close to the main destinations and attractions that the city offers.

Porzione di casa completamente ristrutturata e con entrata indipendente si trova immersa nel verde e in zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi da Benedello. Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture. Located in the historic center in the Pomposa area, a few steps from the evening meeting places and the UNESCO heritage Cathedral. Dating back to the early 1800s, the house is a single dwelling on 3 floors with an internal courtyard, internal elevator and terrace between the roofs.
