Join me, Abbey, as we go to one of my FAVORITE parks in Colorado Springs, Ute Valley Park! Here we will go on an adventurous, easy-going hike, and stop along the way to take unique and memorable professional photos in the beautiful scenery all around us! This is a group experience so you may be enjoying the park with another group. We will meet at the front of the park where we will start our adventure! From there we will start walking into the park to some of my favorite spots for taking breathtaking photos. These spots include an open field with mountain views, stunning rock formations and lastly after an easy hike up to the top of the hill, some AMAZING mountain views as our final backdrop before heading back to the park's entrance! As a professional photographer for the last 4 years, I love making each of my guests feel special and more confident when they leave then when they came. Never been in front of a camera? Don't worry, I've got you! I'll be providing posing tips and cheering you on the whole time! At the end of our experience you will leave having taken in the beauty of Colorado, some new friends, and in 7-10 days you will receive a private gallery of high quality, professional photos that you will cherish forever! *note if you are the only guest on this experience your experience length could be shorter because it won’t take us as long to make our route

Welcome to Smooth Alpaca! We're only 15 miles from Denver. Our unique and immersive Alpaca adventure will thrill you. Discover the "inside" workings of a renowned Alpaca ranch. You'll be surrounded with surreal mountain views and totally immersed in Colorado nature. You'll be entertained as well as educated while you're up close and personal with our Alpacas. We will be making one of a kind wood and resin Pocket Pipes from scratch! No kits here! Instagram/mountainpupllc This will be a similar class to wooden pocket pipes, however we use many new tools and manufacturing processes! You will start by picking out your wood blanks for your bowl as well as our hybrid stem blanks that will be assembled during our workshop, cut, carved, engraved if you like, polished and finished into something you can really be proud of. Of Course we have to try them out so feel free to bring tobacco or otherwise since this is Colorado...and give them a try! Feel free to bring a friend to observe for FREE! However seating is limited and prioritized for paying participants work order will go: -Pick your wood -Assemble the blanks with glue and clamps -Use the drill press to prep our bowls -Carve, sand, shape the pipes - take a quick beer/wine break -Engrave our pipes -Enjoy your new creation! We will be in my shop (Garage) the entirety of the work time and most of the class primarily using a rotary tool with an extension attachment (makes it like using a pen to carve/sand rather than holding the entire tool). I will have music playing and examples for ideas, like I mentioned feel free to BYOB while we work as well. Just use common sense, we will be working with power tools that have sharp bits Other things to note Any and all experience levels are welcome, I especially encourage folks who have never tried any wood working. I will always be there to help or step in if any step of the process makes you uncomfortable. I can often accommodate custom time slots as well, just shoot me a message anytime!

At the end of the workshop feel free to bring your own tobacco or otherwise seeing as how this is Colorado.... and give your new pipe a try on the patio! Feel free to bring a friend to observe for FREE! Meet in Red Rock Canyon Open Space and, upon arrival, receive a prepped hiking daypack for the adventure at hand. The hike carries the tour through pristine solitude of the mountains, alongside small lakes, and past open fields of brush and wildflowers. Along the trail we stop for neck stretches and breathing exercises, mindfulness practices and tuning into nature with our senses. Journal prompts or photography is also available. This is your experience! A yoga mat, water bottle, snack, journal, and sanitized yoga props *are provided* in the daypack. Based on the experience of those in attendance, a personalized 45-60 minute sequence will be cued to guide you into a meditative and fun yoga class to wind down, post hike. Following the yoga practice, we pack up and walk our blissed-out selves downhill a short distance where the tour concludes in the parking lot. The enclosed journal and water bottle are yours to keep.
