Tan cerca del mar que en menos de 5 minutos caminando llegarás a Playa Pelícanos. Tan bien ubicado que saliendo del edificio tendrás farmacia, tienda, restaurantes como Ojo de Agua y Salento. En la mañana podrás tomar clases de yoga en Mandarino Beach Club. En la tarde o noche tienes a unos pasos restaurantes y bares con vista al mar como Piaggia o Peccato. Si quieres pasar todo el día en el mar lo puedes hacer en el club de Playa Martina o acudir a algunas de las playas con Blue Flag.
