Raffaele gave us a warm and caring welcome. The accommodation offered perfectly matches us, authentic and comfortable, with a splendid view of the valley. We'd love to come back.

From the beginning we realized that everything would be fine. Host available and accurate. Cute, tidy, clean apartment a stone's throw from the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli and a supermarket. We parked the van under the house (where there are shops and tobacco); in the house pots, dishes, linens, soaps. A great terrace since we are with the baby. The host even provided us with a tricycle for the little one to play. The house consists of two large bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a French bed plus a lounger) and a bedroom with a single bed. There are two bathrooms each with a shower (one in the bathtub). For us (five adults and one child) it was an ideal solution. Maximum availability from the host for check-in and check-out times. Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

What can I say.. Matteo was amazing. He went above and beyond nothing was a bother to him. He offered his services to collect us when we arrived by train, took us to the supermarket and even gave us a short tour around the area n village. On our departure Matteo again picked us up and took us to the train station and took all the worry of us working out how to get there. We were there for a wedding and stayed 7 days. Defiantly need a car to get around but if you dont and want to just chill you can definitely do that as well. It's a beutiful little village. The cafe and restaurants were so friendly you felt welcomed. If didnt live so far away would be back again . Defiantly recommend 👌

Wonderful location with very large and secure garden and swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen and the kids loved the play houses. Valeria was very helpful and we really enjoyed the traditional Italian meal she arranged for us at the villa.

Casa Betania is a charming two-story farmhouse, a stone's throw from Recanati, nestled in the Marche hills. In addition to being able to enjoy the nice apartment on the ground floor, there are ample green outdoor spaces equipped with comfortable wooden tables where you can eat and hammocks to relax. The owners of this beautiful estate are Glauco and his fantastic family. Very helpful and friendly people who were able to make us feel at home. 3 gems we didn't expect and pleasantly surprised us: - a very nice above ground pool that in summer is always welcome; - a game room cabin inside the house that reminded us of beautiful childhood memories; - two chickens who gave us tasty fresh eggs. In short, fully satisfied!!!
