We spent the most blissful Holi weekend with Ganesh and his parents. The sprawling 4BHK surrounded by greenery had my heart right from the word 'go'. Ganesh was extremely helpful in arranging for pickup, asking if I wanted dinner the night I was reaching or checking if I was comfortable. Ganesh's mom was the sweetest. Tai would flash us the warmest, brightest smile every morning before asking if we wanted tea. She also gave us homemade puranpoli on the occasion of Holi. The location is peaceful with Bhandarpule beach within walking distance. We also took an auto to visit the nearby temples, the Pracheen Konkan museum and Jaigad Fort. Anil kaka and his wife made the yummiest Konkani food for us at an extremely reasonable cost. Anil was also sweet enough to buy us Kokum or Mosambi juice whenever we went out with him. Ganesh gave us a beautiful gift hamper with cute little tasters of all things Konkan - juices, sweets, pickles, papads and what not. I can't wait to be back with my mother!

Kairi Vishranti is definitely for the nature lover, Mr. Abhay provided everything from Mosquito net, repellent to Hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder and shower amenities. He also helped us in preparing our tour itinerary, and guided us where to visit and eat. The complimentary morning tea was great, and home cooked meals were tasty. Don't plan to visit Ganpatipule on Monday as everything is closed, also there is no electricity on Monday we took shower with cold water. It was pleasant stay and even our 2 doggies 🐕 enjoyed.

It was a great stay and host is very kind and talkative. felt like i am staying at my own home. food was very delicious. experienced real taste of kokani homemade food. stay was very clean and has all amenities as mentioned. it was very satisfying experience.

We were 5 friends who booked this property last minute. It's definitely worth it for the view and location! The space is huge and can easily accommodate 7-8 people. From the lawn to the kitchen, house has been maintained very well and far exceeds your expectations. Host was helpful for giving food recommendations and contacts and reachable all the time. One suggestion would be to have a Cook at the property to make fresh food because once you step in you wouldn't wanna leave the property, but it's still manageable. :) Without any second thoughts will definitely come back.

Place had a great location . Nearby had clean beaches. Has a shop beside house , if want to cook anything. The caretaker was very cooperative.

Quiet and quaint is the best way to describe this place. Situated in the secluded parts of the village, this place is an ideal getaway from the everyday bustle and noise. This listing is an extended part of their traditional Konkani house . The room itself is compact, but has basic amenities. The property has 2 more a/c rooms in the same premise. The best part is the tree shaded backyard with its fence opening straight into the all private beach! The food (both veg and non-veg thalis) was mouthwatering and the best in the area. Do try fish thalis here! No need to go looking anywhere else. Mr Manish as well as the staff are very friendly and polite. They have 3 cute people friendly dogs which kept my 2.5 year old delighted and occupied :) Definitely recommended for people who are looking for a quiet, no-fancy homey stay.

At times there are certain things we see and experience and we feel like “What more one can ask for, from the universe?” We felt exactly the same. For us, it was a dream home, the dream which we have been dreaming for so long.. All of a sudden we realised that the dream has real face “River Breeze Home”. For a moment we couldn’t believe that this place actually exists. Breathtaking surroundings,Lush Greenery, stream of clean water running behind, Birds chirping around. And two pure souls our Host (Mr. & Mrs. Sawant) We were delighted and blessed to have such a wonderful property for our vacation.
