My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

House is set next to the forest where you can enjoy long walks or bicycling in the nature.

Ne convient pas aux personnes âgées car il y a des escaliers raides. Desservie par l'autoroute, le métro ligne 3 ( 10 mn à pied) et la ligne 11 ( 15 mn à pied) et à 8mn du tramway, vous serez en quelques minutes au centre de paris (30 mn). Nous sommes en banlieue Est collée à Paris.

My lovely brick home is located next to Paris' Flea Market. The house stands in a private bucolic alley. The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the garden-terrace. The second floor is made of two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the third floor, the attic has been turned into a large bedroom and wardrobe. You'll probably meet my friendly car, Moki !

We equipped the room, our eldest daughter, who went to study abroad. Fully equipped 16 m² studio with a large 140 X 200 bed a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a small kitchen Our studio opens onto our private courtyard Our studio is non-smoking. We no longer accept profiles without comments. Please note that our 2 little cats can be curious if you leave the door open!
