The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) + gel topper. The 3rd person on a sofa bed in the living room. Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

The spacious apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor of the farmhouse. From the spacious living/dining room with attached balcony you have a fantastic view over the old cherry tree in the garden to the bay of Tromper Wiek. On the 2nd floor you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a toilet. For your children, the Tromper Wiek apartment offers on the 1st floor a children's room with bunk bed.
