Enjoy your vacation at our idyllically situated old farmhouse, surrounded by nature and far away from the stress and noise of the city! Enjoy the peace and quiet - whether with a good book on the sunny balcony or in the evening with a glass of wine and the sound of the fountain in the background. The farm is situated in a secluded location at the end of a residential street right on the Baltic Sea coast, near the lighthouses of Cape Arkona, set in a large garden filled with flowering plants.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

"Windspiel" on the ground floor offers 60 m² of spacious living space for 2-3 people. Highlights include a private sauna, a fireplace and smart home features. You'll have a large terrace with a generous garden area. Large panoramic windows offer breathtaking views. Wi-Fi and TV ensure comfort. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a gel topper. The third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer are also provided.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
