The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

This building has been converted into a modern and very bright ground floor dwelling. A large bay window opens onto the terrace facing the Pyrenees massif and the Gascony countryside. Enjoy the calm and nature, have breakfast on the terrace and in the evening watch the sunset between the 2 trees.

2 Bedroom House, sleeps 6, large garden, surrounded by Pine Forest. This is a lovely fully equipped, South facing house situated in Labenne Ocean, 500m from the Ocean. The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

It is one of three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the grape variety from which a delicious, sparkling white wine is made in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 m²) for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac has two separate bedrooms. We accept pets for a small fee.

It is accross the road from the entrance of the Beach " la gravière". You can enjoy the beach with its surf school, its beach bar " la cabane de la gravière". the perfect place to have a drink while watching the sunset.
