Tasting & Tour of a Craft Distillery
We'll meet in our tasting room before taking you into the heart of the action inside the distillery. Once inside, you'll get to see the entire gin, vodka and whisky (yes, whisky!) making process from start to finish. Often we'll be right in the middle of production so you'll get to see, smell and later taste just what it is we make. Of course, the tour ends back in the tasting room where you will sample our 2 vodkas and 3 gins. Other things to note: We do sell our products on-site! So you can take our spirits home with you to enjoy with family and friends. Note worthy: children under 18 years old are free of charge, accompanied by parents.
Coffee Sensory with a Food Scientist
We'll meet in the tasting room of White Heron Café. There, you will enjoy your choice of beverage (coffee or tea), while you learn about how coffee is grown, processed, and graded. You will be briefed on the science of sensory evaluation and will calibrate your palate in a smelling and tasting exercise. We will then move on to the main event which will be a coffee tasting (cupping) featuring six unique specialty coffees from all around the world. You will leave this experience with a newfound understanding of your own coffee sensory abilities and preferences as well as skills that can be applied to all food & drink tasting. Please join me on this journey of sensation and self-discovery :) -Patrick *For additional guests or groups, please shoot me a message to see what I might be able to accommodate!

Horseback Riding in the Appalachians
You begin your equine experience with a visit into our sizeable herd of 40 horses, where you will be able to approach and observe the horses in their natural environment, and learn interesting facts about them. Next, each client will be matched with a horse according to their size and experience. You will lead your horse by foot to the stable, and will be able to establish mutual confidence through brushing and other preparations. Once everyone is helmeted-up, we leave the stable for the paddocks. There, mounted and with stirrups adjusted, we give a short lesson on riding techniques. The enclosed paddock is the ideal place for each rider to test what they've learned about horseback riding. After the initiation, we leave for an excursion on the magnificent mountain trails with their splendid view over the Appalachian range. At the halfway point, we will stop on the mountain top to take in the beautiful view. The activity ends by showing appreciation to our horse for the lovely ride. At the end, we invite you to stay a while longer and take advantage of the surroundings and our picnic area, in the event that you packed a snack. Consider trying our other animal experiences with alpacas, dogs and the other inhabitants of our educational farm. Other things to note This activity is offered throughout the year, in all weather. Only children 14 years and over are accepted. For younger children, reserve in our 'equestrian initiation' activity. The trail ride happens principally at a walking pace, with some trotting if possible, but generally not galloping.

Welcome to MTL's Nightlife Playground
Montreal has one of the most vibrant and exciting nightlife scenes in the world! In other words, there's something for everyone! My experience is broken into two elements: planning your social activities and taking you out. After booking the experience, we will arrange a 20min call where we will get acquainted and I will learn more about your interests/tastes. I will then proceed to make restaurant, guestlist and table reservations, as well as organize any complementary services (cabs, limousine, photographers etc) for the entirety of your stay (not just for the night out). The night out is not a pub crawl... You'll notice group sizes are limited to 6. This is because my tour is intimate and exclusive. I focus on connecting with everyone and making sure that the tour is tailored to their interests. This requires more organization on my part, as I prepare multiple itineraries for the night. Also, given the exclusivity of some of the locations, large groups would not be permitted entry. We will start the night by getting to know each other over an intimate drink at one of Montreal's coolest speakeasy bars. Next, I'll take you to a hip and trendy bar in the area to give you a taste of the vibrant and eclectic night scene of Montreal. Finally, we'll go to an exclusive club in the Old Port or St. Laurent area, depending on where the best event of the night is happening.

Crimes and red light of Montréal
On this tour of Montreal's downtown, we will explore what used to be the Red Light’s district. I'm inviting you to revisit the naughty part of our city’s history. The short itinerary will make us pass thru the Chinatown and the entertainment’s district of Montreal, mainly on St-Laurent street and Ste-Catherine street. We will discuss about the impact of the prohibition on our city that led Montreal to be known as the Sin City of the North or the Paris of North America. Among different adult subjects, we will discuss about the drug trade, the gambling industry, sex work, brothel activities and the famous criminals of Montreal. We will also talk about the different morality squads that fought crimes and corruptions that led to the late closing of the Red Light district. We will also observe the transformation that occurred in the entertainment’s district, a still vibrant part of our beloved city. Other things to note We will discuss about the criminality and the sex work that happened in at the beginning of the 20th century . Coffee Crawl in the Old Port of Montreal
Join me for a coffee crawl! As a coffee enthusiast, I have selected 3 of my favourite coffee shops in old Montreal. Each of these places will differ from one another. This walking coffee tour will take place in the historic old city of Montreal, allowing you to stroll through some of the city's most beautiful and of course, Instagramable streets! The tour will begin in front of Montreal's City Hall, an iconic architectural building. Once a brief history of Montreal is provided, we will get our first coffee at a classic Italian style cafe serving authentic Italian coffee. Our second coffee shop is located in a historical building, which was originally the Royal Bank of Canada headquarters established in 1928. This space is a protected building in the heart of Old Montreal. The tour will end at a modern/hip cafe designed to recreate the charm of Havana, Cuba. This coffee crawl is a way to experience Montreal’s rich history, culture and beauty. I am looking forward to creating this experience with you! ** Tour may sometimes go over by 15 minutes due to too much fun :) **

Dive into lgbtq history on the Montréal Queerstory Tour
On the Montréal QUEERSTORY tour you'll dive right into the personal stories (we name names!) of when Montréal's LGBTQ2+ neighbourhood was on the west side of town. Picture it, Montréal, 1960s to 1990s: Women's lib and gay rights, activism and partying, sex, drugs and police violence. Along the course of this walking tour, your professional guide will make you discover the spots where every group in the L-G-B-T-Q-2+ communities had their struggles and their victories. See where men were first legally allowed to dance with other men, learn about the boycott that lead lesbians to organize their way to emancipation, find out why Montréal nightlife was the sh*t and hear about the dreadful consequences of what they once called "the worst of crimes". You'll never see the city the same way again, and you'll never take for granted the liberties and rights that queer people in Montréal enjoy today.
