The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Our space is peaceful, clean, and centrally located with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The unit is complete with AC, a bedroom ceiling fan, and central heat. WiFi, Hulu, and Netflix are available for your use as well as a portable crib and baby activity center at request. The space is secured with a front entry gate as well as a security screen door. Our casitas is not detached. We try to keep the noise down as much as we can but you might hear sounds from our unit.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, and electric appliances for your cooking needs. It has a ac unit.

Enjoy the quiet of a golf course sanctuary, hidden in a valley away from the chaos of the city. Once off the free, you travel 7 minutes throughthe pristine desert to the entrance of the Queen Valley golf course. The location 1/2 hour from Mesa and about an hour from the airport. The views, private golf course and quiet are well worth the trip.

Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ
