Our spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located in the heart of up and coming Rockaway Beach. It is located just a stones throw to the A train (15 min to JFK), a very walkable ten blocks to the NYC Ferry (50 minutes to Manhattan), two blocks from the beach, one block from the bay, and a 2 minute walk to dining, nightlife, and storefronts. We have a large yard with mini bar, picnic table, hammock, BBQ, and hot water outdoor shower.

We spent a lot of time enjoying the unseasonably warm February weather out there. It was a perfect escape for the weekend to catch up with old friends. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee and other essentials. The bathrooms were both sparkling clean and came with some shampoo, conditioner and other assorted soaps, as well as extra toilet paper. The living room is fully kitted out with a Roku TV and VCR--can't tell you how much fun we had checking out the 'vintage' VHS collection. We loved this place, and would totally love to come back when we could enjoy the beach as much as the house itself.”
My place is close to Rockaway Roasters, Uma's, Whits End,Elegante Pizzaria , Rockaway Beach Surf Club, Rockaway Beach Bakery, Surfside Bagels, grocery store, laundromats and delis. Also conveniently located to public transportation. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the high ceilings, the location, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
What guests are saying:“Melissa's apartment was cute and extremely well located. Literally a 2 minute walk to the B 95 Rockaway Beach entrance and very close to the S train. The apartment was clean and homey, though it was overpriced for the value. Good if you're not looking for anything too special, other than proximity to the beach and restaurants. Melissa was a great host, very communicative throughout the process, and was accommodating with our check in. Regarding the noise, it definitely gets loud at night, but Melissa has two white noise machines out, and my friend and I didn't have a problem. We've also been living in NYC for years, so are quite used to loud apartments. But definitely keep noise in mind when booking.”
A beautiful and cozy 3 bedrooms apartment. Full bathroom in the master bedroom. Few feet from the beach and boardwalk. Dining & entertainment. Our goal is to make your stay with us as confortable as possible. When vacationing is the perfect time to let go and be free. Whether you want to relax and take in the sun by the beach, or take a walk on the sand or at the boardwalk or take a bicycle ride a long the 7 miles of boardwalk, this is it. Bicycles can be provided by host for a small fee.
