Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The listing is as described, but even much better in person with great views from the living and dining room, as well as the rooftop. In the morning you can wake up to a sea of clouds that Tanay is famous for. We were able to have a bonfire set-up at night and roasted hotdogs and marshmallows in the cool night breeze. House is clean and very spacious, very pet-friendly (we brought our 4 shih tzus), wifi was fast and reliable. We had everything we needed in their kitchen. They are also right beside restaurants so we could just walk next door to eat. The caretaker Ate Riza was very helpful and kind, and gave us buko juice upon our arrival. Naomi the host was very responsive to messages and inquiries and made booking their place a breeze. Thank you!

Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive, polite, and kind, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The place is perfect and peaceful—ideal if you're looking for a quiet escape. It was also super clean and complete with everything you might need during your stay. The aircon works great and cools the entire space, which was perfect for the hot summer days. Just a tip: bring your own water and charcoal if you plan on grilling, since those aren’t provided. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely love to come back! Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant stay despite the rainy weather! The staff/caretakers were friendly and helpful, always ensuring we were comfortable. The property itself has great potential but could use a little maintenance to make it even better. Overall, a good experience!

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

what a hidden gem! This place is truly a rare find—super private and peaceful, with the beach practically all to ourselves. We had the best time swimming in both the ocean and the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway! While the place could use a bit of maintenance (a few hiccups with the toilets and air conditioning), it didn’t take away from our amazing stay. Ate Nat, her husband, and the rest of the caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful—they even went out of their way to buy fresh seafood for us! If you’re looking for a quiet escape to relax and recharge, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Our family had a great and wonderful experience staying at this private villa during my birthday celebration. The place is very cozy, clean and had a serene and relaxing ambiance. All of us had a nice dip on their clear and clean swimming pool and enjoyed singing with their karaoke. The swing in the area was also nice near the pool. The host is very accommodating and was very helpful even for our late notice for food order. Their caretaker Ms Maru was also helpful and accommodating. We shall definitely come back in this place again.

I am a foreigner from USA, I stayed 5 nights here. This was my first time in the area and also first time ever using airbnb. My overall experience was 5 stars easily. I came about 90 minutes before check in the care taker let me in. I had great communication throughout the whole process. The area is so quiet even though being about 500 meters from the main road. There is also a store 2 houses away from the airbnb. The pool was clean everything was clean. Has 3 showers 2 bathrooms. 1 shower is outside which is nice. Also has remote and parking for vehicles. AC is only in the master bedroom but they have 3 fans that you can strategically put around the house. I'm from California so the heat wasn't even close to as hot as it is back home so it was fine for me. They have Netflix and ps5 and a great sound bar also. You can watch TV and listen to music while in the pool. I want to make this clear. The owner has two wonderful care takers. Seriously great friendly people.

When i first saw this in tiktok na loved at first sight agad ako at mabuti available ang date for my son’s 9th birthday at hindi ako nagkamali na ibook dahil super peaceful at relaxing ang buong villa. And kung ayaw nyo ng crowded beach villa ito na to, like you own the whole villla. It’s far but it’s worth it. Nakakawala ng pagod and haba ng byahe. And the host is very accommodating, all our request were granted and the staff are very friendly specially ate amie. We highly recommend Agda Beach Villas and will definitely be back.

We did book for 2 nights but we just stayed one night only because there is an emergency. I am hesitant to ask the host for a refund but I tried to but the hosted reponded politely and He is easy to talk to, then I got the refund. We are looking forward to Stay in His place again soon. We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Ken’s place with the whole family, and it was fantastic! Big thanks to Ken for the free upgrade. The place was spacious with great photo spots, mountain views, and ample parking. The pool area was a highlight - large, well-lit, and with non-slip flooring, perfect for the kids. The caretakers were amazing, and the on-site store was super convenient. Minor issues were the weak phone signal, which made finding the location tricky (locals were helpful), and a brief water supply issue at check-in, which Ken resolved quickly. Overall, a beautiful and memorable place for families to unwind and relax. Highly recommended!

This farm staycation was exactly what we needed—peaceful, lush with trees, and surrounded by a scenic atmosphere. The bonfire experience was also a lot of fun—perfect for relaxing and making memories. The property is truly beautiful. One of the best parts was how pet-friendly it was! Our fur babies had the time of their lives exploring the grounds and enjoying their walks. Tatay Jerry, Tatay Nonoy, and Nanay Leah were so welcoming and thoughtful, making sure we all felt at home—four-legged guests included! Riverside Farmhouse is a pet-friendly, beautiful and super peaceful escape from city noise, surrounded by calming nature. The house is spotless and has everything you need – well-equipped kitchen, stocked bathroom, comfy beds, and great AC. What really stands out, though, are the hosts, Tito Lito and Tita Rowena! They’re genuinely kind and helpful, always around if you need anything, but never intrusive. They make the whole place feel warm and welcoming. Being right by the river adds to the peaceful vibe – perfect for walks or just relaxing by the water. You can tell the owners care; it feels more like a cozy home than just a rental. For those traveling with pets, Riverside Farmhouse is a fantastic choice. It's a pet-friendly haven with great opportunities for doggie adventures, ensuring a happy stay for both you and your four-legged companions.

The host, Mr, Jess was very responsive and accommodating. The House was cozy, clean, smells good, quiet and private. The 3 bathrooms were all clean. The kitchen has complete cookwares/utensils that we need for cooking our meals. The location of the house was very near the pool and beach area. The pool is big and not over crowded. The star of the house is the 8 seater JACUZZI, which we enjoy and gave us a very relaxing experience. Plus point for us it is pet friendly, our fur baby enjoy the place and the beach. Over all it was a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay.

Riverflow in Tanay is a hidden gem for campers seeking privacy and nature. It’s a very exclusive spot—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery with a swimmable river just steps away. Nights are magical with clear skies and the sound of the river as your background music. One of the best parts? The Toilet and Bath are clean and well-maintained—a rare find in remote campsites. Important note: You’ll need a high-clearance vehicle (ideally a 4x4) to get there. The road includes 5 to 6 river crossings, which adds a bit of adventure to the trip, but low cars won’t make it. Overall, Riverflow is perfect for those who want to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful, nature-filled escape—away from the usual crowds.

We had the most incredible stay at this place! The house is just a short walk from the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The place was well-equipped with lovely utensils and everything we needed to feel right at home. The owner and the helper were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. As an added bonus, we got a free banana boat ride, which was so much fun and a perfect way to enjoy the water. We were having such a great time that we decided to extend our stay for an extra day to make the most of the experience. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had.
