We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. From the date we came there was a little cold in the evenings, but good weather in general. There is plenty of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and utensils to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping is solved. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The good grill, we brought our own charcoal but had to use, I would recommend carrying lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to move to the boulevard of Asia easily, but in any case if there are Ubers who accept the trip,

Kitchenware, utensils and kitchen appliances very complete and in good condition. Well-distributed rooms , spacious , dining room with extra chairs. Large furnished terraces ideal for large families like us , who are with children , teenagers and babies.

The accommodation is good, it has 15 beds, none is very comfortable, but they comply. More fans and/or air conditioning, there was terrible heat, luckily there was a pool. Something they should take into consideration is that the pool and patio faces forward, that is, the neighbors can see you. The incredible grill and terrace! Thank you very much for everything

The house is very well equipped, Jenny responds quickly. If you go with children you have the pool in the house and the pool in the condominium. For the beaches like us, you can choose several playitas by walking along the seawall and if you like to exercise the hike from the house to the beach is perfect for getting around. Recommended !

The house is very comfortable and we were able to enjoy the garden and pool a lot, as due to the weather the water had a pleasant temperature. The garden has several games and spaces that children and adults can enjoy. The host provided us with a lot of useful information and was flexible with some requirements that we asked for in advance. The house is very nice, the place is very quiet, the weather helped to relax and enjoy the pool. The place lends itself to relax, and rest from the hustle of Lima. Even my dog, running and happy. My son happy for the casita, he really liked the animal toys, the puppets and the sandbox to play with his cart. Everything was excellent.

From the moment of booking Claudia communicates instantly to provide all the details of the case, the house and location are perfect, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms, clean bathrooms and the pool of the best , it felt like staying much longer, we will definitely be back in the next opportunity. The beach is very close to the corner you already have the sea and from the terrace you can see the beach and a breathtaking view of the peñas where fishing is practiced (I went with my father to fish and we were able to find for our bread with pejerrey and fried). Lorraine is a mind reader who has always been ahead of our needs. I was amazed the very first day while the sun was setting and I found myself wondering on how to turn the balcony lights on,,, a few seconds later she texted "I left the light remote control by your door... ", then the gas bottle was over and she took less than ten minutes to have it changed. Lorraine does make you feel at home since the very first moment, my family and I did enjoy our stay and definitely award her with 100 points. The place was very comfortable and it was properly equipped and furnished, comfy beds and the view was magnificent. This is the first time we have met her and her place, but positively we are going to be back several times.

The house is such as shown in the pictures, it is fully equipped for a good stay. The beach is private and is 5-10 min walking from the house, just when we went there was a festivity for carnavales la pass bravaso with family, in addition Julio is a great host, we had a problem with one of the doors and gave us the solution quickly, we will definitely come back 🤙
