The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

Great service from the host

It was a 1bhk with a great garden view, just as shown in the photos. The space was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. It’s away from the city’s hustle and bustle, offering a calm atmosphere and a nice walking area for evening strolls. Swiggy and Zomato were easily available, which made meals super convenient. They had badminton and many other games which was really thoughtful and personalized notes in every room. Kabir, the host, was responsive and kept me updated throughout the stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A couple of small suggestions: having a few more kitchen utensils and a desk for working would be a great addition. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I had the pleasure of staying here with my family for 4-5 days, and I must say, it felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless, reflecting the utmost attention to cleanliness. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating—I needed cleaning at a different time than what was initially offered, and they happily made adjustments to suit my schedule. During my brief trip out of the city, leaving my wife and kid behind at the property, I felt completely at ease knowing they were in good hands. The courteous housekeeping staff and hosts regularly checked in with my family to ensure they were comfortable and had everything they needed. This thoughtful care made my family feel safe and supported throughout our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us, just like an extended family. I truly appreciate their warmth and hospitality—an experience we won’t forget anytime soon.

Abhi was very responsive and apt with his communication. The flat was located in a private society where there was everything from swimming pool to a basketball court so the price was very economical I must say. If I am travelling to Pune again, then definitely I would love to book his place again in the future.

Incredible stay! Hosts were lightning-fast with replies and happy to help with anything. The flat is super cozy, filled with warm lights, cool art pieces and killer views that make morning coffee feel fancy. Kitchen is next-level: water, milk, snacks already stocked plus every kitchen appliance / gadget imaginable. The place was also equipped with hair-dryer, iron, washing machine and more. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet at night. Woke up smiling, went to bed relaxed. Couldn’t ask for more; I’ll be back!

If u are looking for for something simple yet calm n peaceful then this is the place. Serene surroundings and well kept place. Host was very helpful and thoughtful. We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

We felt right at home and safe. While we had booked the place only for a day, we extended our stay by 2 days considering the environment and calm around the location. All basic amenities were also in place. Satish sir helped us beyond what we requested and he sure is a great host.

Charan & Amisha were great host's, their property is stellar and the view from the villa is so serene. The villa was super clean, and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The host's left us a cute snack basket in each bedroom, which was a really nice gesture. They also provided us with Milk, water bottles, tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc.. Which made our stay even more comfortable. I totally recommend booking their villa for atleast 2 nights, the property is huge, there is a lot to do and explore around. Also their villa is inside a gated community of villas and there is a restaurant and club house inside which made it convenient for us to order our food. There's also a mini theatre inside the club house to watch a movie with friends. Great place.

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.

This was my second trip to this apartment. Stay was comfy and cozy. High class cleanliness is maintained across all rooms in the flat. Check in was absolutely smooth and crispy. This stay was exactly what we were looking for. While it is a drive into the heart of Pune, if you’re staying on the grounds it has all you need. The bedrooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. The living and kitchen area are open with tons of light. Kishan and the team were extremely accommodating and flexible with the needs of me and my family. I would absolutely stay here again.
