Das Apartment befindet sich in einer denkmalgeschützen Stadtvilla nur 10 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Es ist 2021 komplett saniert worden und technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Auf ca. 40qm kannst du es dir mit bis zu 4 Personen gemütlich machen. Über die große Fensterfront in den Garten hast du einen tollen Blick ins Grüne und den Pool. Falls ihr mit mehr als 4 Gästen anreisen wollt, könnt ihr auch unser AirBnB "Linden Retreat" buchen. Dieses befindet sich zwei Häuser weiter.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! The semi-detached house is located in the beautiful residence village of Rastede. In a 15-minute walk, they are at the center of Rastede. This is a lot of shopping. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Our property is located directly at the castle garden. By car or bus you are also in Oldenburg (Oldb.) in 15 minutes Here, too, you will find numerous sights.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

You'll have a relaxing time here. It is not far to the city center and there are shops nearby. Thanks to a separate bedroom and a large sofa bed, up to four people can be accommodated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Bed linens and towels are of course available.
