The stay was very comfortable, and the availability of the necessary supplies was one of the factors that contributed to the comfort. The equipment is of the best possible quality. The housing unit was clean , with a quiet area with all the basic needs, easy to access and close to Al-Shafa Road, Al Hada Road and central Taif , and the host's treatment was very special for his speed in responding to all my remarks …

I really enjoyed my stay—the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had everything I needed, from a steamer to a full set of kitchen utensils. Asim was very responsive and addressed all my questions promptly. I’d definitely recommend this apartment. The location is convenient for the airport, though it’s a bit of a distance from downtown.

Hashem is an incredible host, who is so quick to reply with any query. Saeed who manages the place daily is a delight. Always asking what and how he can help. There were treats left daily for us which was such a nice touch. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.

The style and design are amazing, everything feels fresh and thoughtfully done. The furniture is all new and super comfortable. The private pool is a highlight – it looks great and is cleaned daily by the on-site staff, which kept everything perfect during our stay. We had a fabulous holiday in Joe’s place and he was an amazing host, really helpful before and during our trip. The villa is located in a great setting on the lagoon and it was useful to be able to have the pool heated in December. The outdoor furniture ensured a comfortable space to relax at ground and upper level. Joe provided excellent recommendations for activities and tours as well as local knowledge about transport and places to eat. This made the holiday extra fun and special for us. El Gouna is a superb holiday location with a beautiful marina area and downtown for a stroll, drink or food. Joe helped make this one of our holidays of a lifetime and I’m sure we will return in the future. I’d highly recommend Joe’s place.

We had a great stay at this fantastic spacious villa. The new roof area is spectacular. Wonderful design and with tasteful touches like the lights and lanterns which provide a lovely character and ambience. Cheryl the host has been brilliant throughout from communication prior to arrival and during our stay. We did experience a few gremlins - but this didn’t spoil our visit at all. Cheryl always responded immediately by return and we understand that there is more work underway to upgrade the villa (bedrooms for example) even further.
