Million Dollar view... What more could one want. Very peaceful, loved the sounds of the sea lions being the only sound one could hear, no traffic, no voices. LOVELY. Cabin has most of what you might need to make a meal, comfy bed. A nice place to return to after a full day of hiking.

If we could leave 6 stars we would. Not only what we were hoping for when we booked but somehow exceeded expectations. George was a super friendly and accommodating host. We felt very comfortable immediately and appreciated the gracious hospitality. We hope their place is available next time we visit the area. Thank you for having us and making our short stay so memorable.

We had an incredible stay at Saratoga Beach Resort! The location is absolutely stunning, steps from a beautiful sandy beach where we could relax, walk for miles, and watch the tides roll in and out. The unit was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the peaceful, quiet atmosphere, it truly felt like a dream retreat. We were lucky to visit during a quieter time and it felt like we had the beach almost to ourselves. Communication was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the ocean. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

We had a great stay at the treehouse. The lake and forest were incredibly beautiful as well as peaceful and quiet. We took some beautiful walks while we were there. Katerina, Dave, and Tico we very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

We had an amazing time at Cathy's place. We had a mix of sunny days and stormy days and in both it was amazing. Either beach combing for shells and crabs with my children or curled up by the fire watching the waves crash. Amenities are nice and close, felt very private and right at home. Clean and presented even better than the pictures. Would absolutely love to come stay again!

5 stars not enough to describe how beautiful David's place. if u want a place to relax and have a lovely time with your family ,David's place is the place that you should have. I will recommend this place to all of my friends, co-workers and relatives. And will be definitely come back :) .

A great place to get away from a busy daily agenda. Everything a person needs. Close to a beach so you could either walk to or a quick drive and then sit back and relax. A real plus was the ability to do laundry.

Had a great weekend here. The house was perfect for our needs. Loved meeting Onyx too. Hoping to stay again in the future.

Let me tell you, this place was truly something else. For an off grid cottage resort, it felt like home. So Magical and peaceful that words can't really describe it. Both Mark and Cynthia's hospitality was phenomenal. They have truly built a unique resort off grid. Must experience it for yourselves, like I said, words can't describe it other than go visit them. Cynthia made our boys home made cookies that were out of this world!! Mark was so caring making sure we were always comfortable and always had our wood pile stocked. I can keep going and going but I'll end it like this, We will be visiting their lovely cottage again and again. Next time for us will be to experience summer there. We had a lovely girls weekend at Jane’s beautiful home. The view is stunning and Jane’s home is so comfortable and clean. Soft linens, beautifully decorated and she really had thought of everything to make your stay a 5 star experience. The beach out front is magical! Totally recommended!

We had a fantastic time. The location right by the water was the highlight of our stay. We even spotted whales and other wildlife with our binoculars. The accommodation was cozy and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. Thank you to our hosts for this memorable experience. We hope to return soon!

Cozy, peaceful, calm, nice big trees all around, can just lightly hear the ocean and wildlife from the home. The ocean beach is in view from the window and a short walk through grass away. Pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves during the weekdays. Town is a 15 minute drive. Host is friendly and quick to answer any questions.

Our group was very happy with the space. Tons of room, well stocked, things clearly labelled and beautiful views. Loved having the beach right there.

Sean and Jenny's place is spectacular and we'd highly recommend it. It is right on the water and the views from the suite are stunning. The day we arrived it was clear and we could see the white capped mountains across the water. They clearly gave a lot of attention to detail to every last thing - the linens were beautiful, the lighting was soft and best was the kitchen was so well equipped - the best we've ever had at an AirBnb ! Good quality pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, Nespresso, bean grinder, cooking tools/bowls, serving dishes..We like to cook and appreciated that so much. The vibe very peaceful. The salt water hot tub was amazing (I usually don't like the chlorine in hot tubs....this was the nicest one I've ever been in, right under an arbutus tree by the water). Our friends loved the sauna with the glass panel facing the ocean. The hot tub and sauna are shared...which was ok - just good to know that you need to book times to use these.

Dale and Don were the kindest hosts. The garden on the property is lovely and the view from their deck is absolutely incredible for taking photos and using the stairs to the beach. The only downfall is the area isn't walkable to restaurants/shops, but the other thoughtful touches made it worth bringing a vehicle. The suite was very well equipped with anything you could need. We very much enjoyed our stay and made full use of the amenities such as the BBQ on the deck and patio table overlooking the stunning garden views. We hope to be back, thank you both for a lovely stay!

We had a fabulous stay on our ladies mtb getaway! It was just as advertised. Great relaxing beach. Very responsive communication. We will be back!

What a tranquil and beautiful place! Tara created a welcoming space with plenty of ways for our family to relax and enjoy one another’s company. But the place is big, and there are lots of places to escape for a little alone time as well. Tara was responsive whenever we needed anything, and took care to make sure we were comfortable.

We stayed on Doe Island for roughly 5 weeks, and had a wonderful time watching seals, porpoises, herons, stunning sunsets and beautiful starry nights. The cabin is definitely rustic, working off of water cisterns, a composting toilet, and solar/generator powered, but we were comfortable managing these. Steve was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable, bringing over more water when needed and troubleshooting when we accidentally blew a fuse. The high speed internet made it possible for my daughter to work from there with a beautiful "office" view, seeing our resident seal visit every day! The provided kayaks made it easy to toodle around the harbour, and the crab pots - thrown right off the dock - provided some great meals. Steve helped out with our arrival and departure. It is also obvious that the host is in progress of upgrading areas of the island, so some spots look more in-progress than polished. Overall, the spot is absolutely gorgeous, the host is super helpful and hospitable, but it is definitely not a hotel -- you'll need to be aware of water and power consumption, and it is fairly isolated. Having your own boat to get around is recommended if you're there for an extended stay. (You can try checking with area marinas or other nearby places to park your car.) We'll definitely be going back!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Amazing peaceful location. Large open plan with lots of separate seating areas. Fully equipped kitchen with quality pots and pans. We will most definitely try to return and book again for another week of paradise. Daily we see sea lions and seals, many birds, and one day we saw dolphins.

Very cool space – and just a short hop from Campbell River proper. Wished we were in town for longer – would have been amazing to explore more of the great amenities on the property, but for our group and our trip, it was perfect. Thank you!

Beach Oasis was a great place for our vacation! Excellent house, great location and an awesome host. The views were great and the house/kitchen were well equipped!
