Come and discover a spacious and rejuvenating place! Your suite includes a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. It has direct access to the shared pool with views of the Indian Ocean. Private entrance. On the ground floor of our family home, bursts of laughter or voices may reach you. Pool reserved for the family 30 minutes per day. Airport 30 minutes, beaches 40 minutes, circuses 1 to 2 hours. Golf, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, greengrocer, fishmonger, church, park 5 minutes away.

Logement complet et indépendant , comprenant , une varangue ouverte sur jardin et jacuzzi avec salon, cuisine, coin repas et deux chambres avec chacune sdb et toilettes. Attention ; Location pour 2 personnes = 1 chambre. Location pour +de 2 personnes = 2 chambres. ( location de 2 chambres pour 2 personnes possible avec supplément) Convient parfaitement pour un séjour au calme et pourtant proche de la zone balnéaire. Idéal pour le séjour d'un couple souhaitant de l'intimité. Pas de vis à vis.

Au bon l' endroit

Situé en front de mer, notre studio de 40m2 est indépendant de la maison (située en face). Nous partagerons le portail d'entrée et le jardin. Vous aurez accès à une grande terrasse, couverte et fleurie. Simple, naturel et moderne, il est équipé à neuf et climatisé, bien situé au carrefour de la zone Est pour découvrir l'authenticité et les traditions des environs (Ste Rose, Salazie, Ste Suzanne). Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir et vous conseiller au mieux pour vos escapades. A bientôt!

Rent a part of a stunning villa in Manapany-les-Bains, south of Reunion Island. You will stay in a part of the villa. I live in the other part,(but I'm really discreet) :) Sea view, beautiful and huge garden, over-flowing swimming pool, really calm and peaceful. You will have exclusive access to a part of the house, on 2 floors. 5min by car to the center of Saint-Joseph, 15min by feet to the famous pond of Manapany-les-bains : "bassin de Manapany". An oasis for rest and relaxation !

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Studio entièrement équipé et climatisé. NON FUMEUR Proche de tous commerces et restaurants, idéalement situé près des départs de randonnées entre ciel et océan. Dans le calme et la verdure, vous pourrez vous prélasser dans la piscine au sel, (non chauffée ) face au piton Bellevue. Parking privé. Une grande terrasse sous varangue avec un salon de jardin, table haute et tabourets.

Welcome, simplicity, calm and cleanliness in a small green corner (at the end of a private road, before the fields of canes) close to the sea, shops, and the road of the tamarinds that serves all the places of the island. Located in a semi country area, our rental is close to several roosters whose songs are heard loudly.
