Durch das integrierte Hochbett und zwei Einzelbetten finden bis zu 4 Personen Platz. Erlebe in dieser besonderen und einladende Unterkunft entspannte Momente. Ebenerdiger eigener Zugang, Küche und Bad zur alleinigen Nutzung, helles modernes Design. Achtung: Das Hochbett ist ein Doppelbett. Von daher eignet sich das Apartment besonders für Familien.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Our beautiful, light-flooded attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With its 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and want to walk from here to the city center in 15 minutes. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "Fietse"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute away on foot. Smoking is prohibited!

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Whether cycling vacation, visiting family/friends or on business; Bocholt is worth a trip.
