Can’t recommend highly enough - an amazing place. Photos don’t do it justice.

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house. Brandon is an excellent host: Very friendly, responsive, helpful and flexible on top. The greeting and the handover on site were both very uncomplicated and flexible. Everything was exactly as described by Brandon and as visible on the pictures he uploaded on AirBNB. I can highly recommend booking this beautiful house. The interior is modern and new and decorated/furnished with a great taste. Everything is there what you will need. The house is situated in a very safe (gated community) and quite neighborhood. On top you will enjoy a beautiful garden and an astonishing view of the bay/sea. Overall, we were able to fully relax and can therefore highly recommend this beautiful house. You won’t regret it!

very nice place for just chilling out. They thought of everything needed in the kitchen to cook a decent meal. And view from the balcony and window upstairs was enchanting. Yseult was very helpful.

We had a great time at Stéphane's home. Everything was perfect, the house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The outdoor kitchen area is a real plus, ideal for feeling fully on vacation while cooking outside. Stéphane was extremely accommodating and available throughout our stay, advising us on many activities to do in the area, taking into account our 15-month-old baby. The house is also very well located, with the sea only 20 minutes away, and destinations like Montpellier, Palavas, Le Grau-du-Roi, and La Grande Motte nearby, making it an ideal base from which to explore the area. On top of all that, outdoor amenities are a real asset. The pool and hot tub are 24 hours a day. Thanks again to Stéphane for his attentive welcome and special mention for his partner who was adorable! We strongly recommend their place for a successful stay!

We had a nice stay at this charming property, which matched perfectly with the description and photographs provided—truly a place that delivers exactly what it promises. The caretaker was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring our visit was comfortable and welcoming. Though the weather—for which we certainly don't hold the owner or caretaker responsible ;-)—introduced some unexpected ambiance by highlighting a slight mustiness, thus adding an unintended minor note to our experience. Nevertheless, the beautiful views allowed us to recharge. We definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet, lovely location with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean, which would have been even nicer if only the weather had cooperated a bit more ;-)

What a beautiful gem of a house! We had a fantastic time at Jimmy's home! The pool and outdoor bar was lovely and perfect for some summer fun! The bedrooms spotless clean, the house roomy and a great evening movie watching living room. Fantastic stay-thank you!!!

the view is fantastic. the house is modern equipped with everything you need. the jacuzzi is a pleasant surprise. We had a day with rain but the terrace was a success for our evening activities. Thank you for hospitality we had a great vacation.

The space was beautiful, just as advertised. Clean, well appointed and located in a pleasant, quiet and convenient place. Christophe was extremely friendly, very responsive, attentive and flexible according to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A very good experience from start to finish. Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

Agathe was very helpful throughout our stay. She was responsive when we had minor problems, and in general very helpful. She also helped out when it turned out that our initial booking could not be done due to last minute changes.

Beautiful house with magnificent views onto the gulf of Saint-Tropez. All amenities that contribute to a successful summer vacation are available - large pool, well-kept, quiet outdoor area with boule court, well air-conditioned living and sleeping area. Saint-Tropez and fantastic beaches in the area are easily accessible. We felt very comfortable.

We were two families with children (8 people) for 14 days as guests at Thomas's place in Moissac-Bellevue and really enjoyed our stay. The house corresponds 1:1 to the photos and offers everything you need for a nice holiday; be it in the kitchen, bathroom, living room or bedroom. The surroundings are very quiet and immensely relaxing. The covered porch was perfect for eating (incl. BBQ) and also for playing cards. The pool and sun deck invited you to linger and relax. The interior design is very tasteful, discreet, but also extremely functional. We immediately felt at home. Tina was not only present for us to check in, but also helped us during our stay with any questions that came up. Many thanks to Thomas, Christian and Tina for the great communication and the great stay with you in Moissac-Bellevue, we would love to come back at any time:-)

Jean-Luc is a great host. He welcomed us very warmly making himself available earlier than expected. In addition, he gave us very good advice on places to visit. The house is very well-equipped, clean and modern. The garden, well appointed, offers different corners, all very pleasant.

We had a great time. Excellent tennis club 10 minutes away in Sablet; we hired bikes and toured beautiful hillside villages and had great meals in Cairanne, 20 minutes walk. You can do 'lengths' in the pool, and as the house is south facing, we had sunshine all day, even in September

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

Pascal was very welcoming and quickly responded to my messages. Her house is beautiful, we would have stayed much longer if we could.

We booked this house for the family summer vacation and were really satisfied with it. It’s located in the very nice Montagnette range – a bit remote with only few neighbors, yet everything you need is still in short biking distance. We had a wonderful time and spend many hours by and in the beautiful pool and had relaxed evenings in the indoor and outdoor space. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and quite a bit more. Communication was great at all times. With Avignon and Arles and many small charming villages close by, there is a lot to explore in the area. The area is, of course, great for biking on any level you prefer. A big warm thank you to Gerard and Audrey for offering this nice house for our summer vacation, we really enjoyed it :-)
