The "CABINET" is a renovated house at the place of Figueiroa, Cariño. Made with great care and affection for us, the hosts. It has in the lower part a large kitchen/living room with a French fireplace and a bathroom, on the top floor you will find the 3 bedrooms, this floor with exit to the patio and access to the outside of the house, where there is a gazebo with a large gallery overlooking the estuary, equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, bathroom and a comfort zone. This accommodation is perfect for relaxing, spending a romantic evening, relaxing with the whole family, or turning it into your work stay. Two 150m² floors with a 160cm bed and two single bunk beds in the same room, a room with an extra large 180cm bed and a room with three bunk beds. It has a wood-burning fireplace, underfloor heating, two bathrooms with showers, and everything you need to spend a few cozy and quiet days. You have coffee, tea, and a wide variety of infusions.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

I rent a fully independent house, with a way down to the beach and parking at the property itself. The property's location is a very quiet area surrounded by two beaches, a large one that is Miño and a smaller one that is Lago. Less than 2km away is also Perbes beach. 3 km from the house is the village of Miño, which has all amenities. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants serving typical food from the area. The golf course is 1 km away.
