Positive Points: If you're looking for a good location with restaurants and bars is the best choice✨ I spent the weekend and loved it is close to São Paulo to go on foot or take the bus on Sunday is free and the neighborhood is safe In the view of the night area is gorgeous Box bed is new and super comfortable The TV works perfectly no lock has YouTube, Netflix and Disney apps Very good shower and the bathroom is beautiful The porter welcomed us well and we were able to get in and out of the condominium without problems Condomínio has a mini market and elevators Negative Points: The TV is facing for sofacama and is not comfortable is without foam it would be cool to change the sofa The electric stove is not powerful is old and takes a long time to heat And I missed a better blanket because it had a thin blanket would be cool to make a bigger comforter available to guests. Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

Casa Linda, clean, well equipped and with everything working perfectly.. Guilherme was very helpful in everything I needed! The condominium is excellent, beautiful, with many leisure options, blocks, restaurant.. there was no time to enjoy everything! The only addendum that I did not read anywhere, is that to go to the beach, you have to leave the condominium (module 2) and enter module 3 that is on the other side of the avenue, but nothing that gets in the way! This beach is also next to Riviera, so it's easy to get there! We had great days!

The accommodation is perfect! Don't even look for another, you won't be disappointed. I don't think I've ever stayed in an Airbnb that was so clean, all working so well, beautiful house, large rooms, well decorated. The location of the house is great, next to the juquehy mall, close to everything to do on foot. Just keep in mind that this corner of the beach has been the fullest but if it is not a feriadão, it will not affect. There is tent service on the beach, condominium is safe, well cared for, good swimming, good air conditioning in every corner of the house, good outdoor space with the barbecue, very private.

Commodation is very pleasant, ground floor, which made it much easier for my wife and my almost 2-year-old baby to move around. The location is excellent, close to the beach and with nearby grocery and bakery, which makes everyday life much easier. We love the apto, the condo and the beach! The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, I would say even better… because I found it bigger in person! The fact that the condominium has the ice machine and the umbrella structure and chairs on the tbm beach makes the tour even more complete, as we don't need to worry about anything at all!!!
