Silva Casa

For your attention, a private estate with a sauna in the very center of the Ukrainian Carpathians. Located in the town of Volovets, on the territory of the estate there are two gazebos, as well as other garden and park equipment. Extremely convenient location, allows you to visit the mountain peaks of the Borzhava massif. It is also possible to organize tour rides on an off-road vehicle. Within a radius of 30 km, many tourist places are localized, in particular: Shypit waterfall, chair lifts to the Borzhava massif, as well as the Bunker of the Arpad Line and more.

We designed the cottage to be cozy, bright and stylish - and that's how it turned out. Some of the furniture is handmade to order. Near the house there is a pond where you can fish for Carpathian trout. Just 6 kilometers from us is the Shypit waterfall and the Pylypets ski resort, 3 kilometers away is the Izky resort.
