Vacation rentals in Ridge

My girlfriend and I spent a long weekend here on an annual trip to the eastern shore to celebrate our April birthdays and this place was just perfect for the two of us! It was spotless, spacious and comfortable, and the hosts could not have been more welcoming! We may well be back. :)

It is the perfect location for a relaxed getaway. Several lovely state parks within a short distance. The space is well equipped and comfortable with magical sunsets over the Potomac. Theresa is super responsive.

The location was beautiful and the home was very cozy. Sitting on the screened porch, reading and enjoying the view of the yard and water was good for the soul. It was very quiet and we had all the amenities we needed.

Our day was absolutely wonderful. When we got there, Melissa and Michael were outside and they greeted us with their two dogs that our two-year-old loved so much and still is talking about. The inside of the house smelled so good and everything was so high-quality the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed from kitchenware to coffee creamer to coffee to tea to snacks. It was a great time! It was really nice to sit on the dock by the water where there was a wooden bench, and there were also some chairs out in the grass that we could sit in. 10 out of 10 recommend and would love to go back again. Also, great to be hosted by a fellow New Englander 😆

Vic is by far the best hosts I’ve ever had. He was always friendly and you could tell he loves to host! There was a tiny issue during our stay (that was out of his control) and he bought us dinner! Leonardtown was peaceful and we were very impressed with how nice and friendly the people were. Will definitely be booking with Vic and Eric again.

I had a lovely time at the tiny cabin. It is adorable and couldn’t be in a more perfect location to access Blackwater Wildlife Refuge and the Harriet Tubman sites. Lisa responded quickly to my questions, and I would definitely stay here again!

I don’t know if I can express how much I loved our stay at Rich and Yumi’s place. The property is very beautiful, private and very peaceful. We enjoyed fishing and taking in all of the sights and sounds of nature surrounding us. The fire pit area and hot tub were very nice additions to the property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The house was very well stocked. Rich and Yumi pay great attention to detail. We were greeted by a nice welcome basket and card to welcome us. After departing we realized that my daughter had forgotten a few items. Rich was very responsive and helpful in locating the items and arranging to ship them to us. I absolutely fell in love with this place and definitely plan to return in the future. Thank you very much Rich and Yumi for sharing your amazing property with us!

Theresa place was everything that I needed. I wanted to get away and unplug from my daily stress and Theresa place did that for me. It was raining off and on, but it was relaxing and serene. The view of sun up and sun down was amazing, the water was tranquil as it splashed against the sand. At night it would light up and it was so beautiful looking out the big bay window. I honestly can say by day two, I was wishing I had reserved for more than a week. I’m already looking forward to coming back for another stay. Upon arrival I saw two big cookies waiting for me on the counter, delicious.

Linda's cottage was absolutely beautiful. Her kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities we needed, and although we brought our own supplies, we never had to use any of it. Linda communicates very well and her instructions/requirements are easy to understand and follow. The cottage was spotless upon arrival. The view of the river was so pretty it provided us a moment in time to meditate and enjoy each other's presence with no interruptions. My husband truly enjoyed his birthday experience at Linda's cottage! That was all I could ask for. Thank you Linda for allowing our stay at your beautiful home ❤️
