Welcome to our **** star holiday home “Susserdel” in Kanne (B). Our house is located at the foot of the nature reserve "De Tiendeberg". With a magnificent view on the water and the bridge. Centrum Maastricht is a few km away. In the spring of 2026, a suspension bridge over the Albert Canal will be built at 1 km in Eben-Emael. E. bicycles for rent at Fietsen Souvereyns in Riemst. Many hiking and cycling routes from Kanne and surroundings. And we have a wonderful sun terrace where you can completely relax.

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

The ideal base for enjoying walking or cycling by the Albert Canal, in the marl caves or in the green hills. The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.
