Come enjoy your private getaway in the mountains! This 3+ bedroom/2 bathroom home is perfect for one, two or three families, or a group of friends coming to enjoy the mountains. Hot tub nestled in the trees, Hiking/cc trails, sledding, mountain biking, fishing, community swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball, golf course and cafe, and beautiful walks around the neighborhood… we are 15 minutes from Brundage Mountain Resort, and a 20 minute drive to McCall’s beautiful lake and quaint downtown.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Location! Location! Location! These quaint little cabins are located in the heart of downtown Riggins. Directly across the street from the market and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. 206 is the largest of the available cabins and has a PRIVATE HOT TUB!! It can comfortably accommodate larger groups. The property also offers an open courtyard with a shared fire pit. These cabins are renovated mining cabins that were once located in the town of Stibnite.

Little Salmon River House

Relax on the deck while the Little Salmon River soothes your soul. Excellent location, fishing on the property. Easy access to wilderness, outdoor recreation, the beautiful Salmon River, town, restaurants and shopping. Located less than 2 miles south of Riggins on Highway 95. Home offers two bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other has a king and a twin. The living room has a hide a bed for additional sleeping as well. Come enjoy! Bring your toys. Minisplit AC units in Master Bedroom and Family Room allow you to control the temperature separately and give versatility to the 2 propane furnaces in the winter. Each bedroom also has its own separate floor heaters as well.
