Beautiful place. Our family enjoyed the beautiful back yard. We loved that we had the beach right behind the house. I will definitely be coming back.

Great place good location and clean .

We spent four days with family at the stunning beach house, before they returned to the US. We were having a big family reunion. It was nice to wind down and relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Playa San Marcelino is a beautiful beach and should be up there with the other famous beaches in El Salvador. The caretaker Samuel was kind to arrange transportation to the airport for a few of the family and was always willing to assist use with anything we needed or answer are questions. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit El Salvador. It felt like home and love the decor of the beach house.

The house is very beautiful. A lovely design and filled with beautiful touches and artwork. An amazing view off the veranda, and the gardens are relaxing and full of birds. We all enjoyed the clean pool very much too. Overall it was an amazing place to relax and recharge. There is a walk up to the local village of Santa Clara or tuk tuks to take you up the hill, and the village has a produce market on Saturdays. We also recommend CECAP for great meals with the best view, as well as fair trade traditional handicrafts. It was easy to get a boat at the public dock. It’s probably easiest to arrange your own driver and boat to the private dock as then it’s easy to contact them if they do not turn up or know where to go (problems we had through no fault of the host). Definitely shop in Pana as the shops are very small in Santa Clara. Be aware it was hazy every day for 6 days and apparently this is common in April (or other months too?) because of cane burning. We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. The space was not only stunning but also incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Additionally, the host was fantastic — I had a few questions during my stay, and every time I reached out, she replied quickly and was very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay. I will definitely be returning!

You really can’t be any closer to the beach. A great location walkable distance from a big grocery store, Dollar city, and pharmacy. Try Netos restaurant its 50 steps away and food was great. Highly recommend.

Thank you Jenny and Clemens for a wonderful stay! The photos don’t do this place justice—it’s even more stunning in person! The directions were perfectly clear, but I highly recommend using the private transport they offer—it makes the journey much smoother. Whether you arrive via the public or private dock, keep in mind there are steep stairs. Clemens was kind enough to arrange help with our suitcases, which was greatly appreciated! Also, don’t stay out too late—the path is very dark at night, and if you’re arriving in the evening, definitely bring groceries. And to my surprise, Casa del Mundo was just next door, which was super convenient. As beautiful as the property is, the best part was how responsive the hosts were. When my friend and I got a little lost, Clemens immediately called to make sure we were okay. It made us feel really cared for. Highly recommend this stay!
