Vacation rentals in Río San Juan

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

This was our second stay at Nick's place and it was great. Comfortable accommodations, excellent location and security, and Nick was a great and responsive host. Can't wait to come back!

Es espaciosa, tiene las habitaciones con suficiente espacio, la recomiendo, solo que el vecindario muy solo.

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Perla Marina. The house was spacious, well taken care of and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. We didn't sped a great deal of time in the pool, but it was nice when we did. The property manager, Jose, was very helpful & responsive to any questions.

Beautiful place to hang out with family n friends I was actually impressed and surprised to see the property is much nicer than photos show. I definitely plan to book again in the future and by the way pool was pristine

Alexander is very friendly and a fantastic host. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and close to the local public beach and within walking distance to Santa Fe, which is a great place to visit as well. The restaurant, Maria’s, is just a short walk away and very delicious.

Perfect place for use as home base to visit all the beaches in the sorrounding area. The host are great so is the property. The only drawback has nothing to do with the property itself, but rather with the residential area, which is still under development. They could improve the security personnel situation, as the area still feels quite isolated due to the ongoing construction. Aside from my positive recommendation, everything related to the property itself was perfect. I would stay again 100%
