Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Fully furnished with modern kitchen and bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds/double bed and sofa bed (140cm wide) in the living room. One has to pass the bedroom to enter the bathroom. Central location with short walking distance to the city's shops and restaurants, and with nice hiking terrain, small beach and playground just meters away. Patio with garden furniture and parking.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Velkommen til vårt sjarmerende hus på Sørlandet! Dette huset ligger rett ved sjøen og er det perfekte stedet for en stor familie som ønsker å tilbringe lange sommerdager sammen. Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Her kan du nyte båtliv, fiske eller bare slappe av ved vannkanten.

Holmesund: Cozy southern house, large garden and boat

Koselig restaurert sørlandshus med stor skjermet idylliske hage i vakre Holmesund til leie. Svært barnevennlig hus, hage og område. Flotte bade, krabbefiske- og fiskeplasser i umiddelbar nærhet. Volleyballnett, croquet, fiskestenger, fiskeutstyr, krabbefiskeutstyr, grill etc medfølger. Internett og strøm er inkludert. P-plass til 2 biler. Båt (Pioner maxi 13 fot med 9.9hk) er tilgjengelig i sommersesongen (fom 23. mai 2025).

Wilderness camp with simple standard consisting of different types of small houses. The BBQ cabin has accommodation for up to 7 people on mattresses, with a fireplace in the middle. An old stable has furnished 4 large beds and a wood-burning stove. Gapahuk with seating benches filled with reindeer skin and fireplace. Kitchen bar with cooking facilities on gas burners. There is access to water and a 12-volt power plant.

The house is suitable for two or more families:-)
