In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows, you have a beautiful view of the countryside or the dyke and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000 m²). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being renovated by us carefully and with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
