Vacation rentals with lake access in Riviera Maya

The host is always very responsive, villa is nice with 3 rooms with own bathroom, so perfect to stay with 3 couples. Beach is close by, but Akumal lagoon is more beautiful to swim with turtles.

This house/villa was perfect for me and my family, we had such a great time in here. The villa is well located in a nice area in Cancun, restaurants and shops are only a 5 minutes walk from the house. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen full equipped, and the terrace with the bbq was the extra, very well designed and beautiful view. The host was very friendly and always helped us finding solutions Will stay here again in my next visit

The house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The house was spotless and well equipped. Our favorite feature is that there is a beautiful cenote in the property with beautiful fish that is crystal clear. The host provides life jackets and snorkeling gear. Also, they have a cleaning lady that comes and cleans the house and did our laundry 🤗 which was included with the house. The charcoal grill was a little small but functional. Jose was extremely responsive to text and our needs. We loved our stay there and it’s close enough to Playa del Carmen if you have a car to go for dinners etc. We would definitely rebook this house!

Host/s were amazing. I had a zillion questions and they were quick to respond. Helpful too. We liked the place but I did not expect all the noise from the boat traffic. The street it's on is quite dirty with trash everywhere so if you are looking for pristine surroundings, this might not be your place. The beds were magnificent!

We loved Jimena's spot! (#4). Jimena was very flexible getting a last minute booking possible, we weren't quite ready to leave Mexico and were able to get two nights here quickly. The place is incredibly cute, easy to get to, and walkable straight to Hildago, Playa Norte, and the ferry. Inside was clean, with everything two or three people would need for a short (or extended) stay depending on your needs. The location couldn't be beat, listening to the waves at night right outside the window from our comfortable bed was heaven! The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to make a quick meal with, with a small dining table as pictured. The bathroom was compact but also had everything you'd need for a quick shower (the shower is not separate from the toilet and sink), with the shower more than warm enough with the tankless water heater. If you are looking for an efficient space in an unbeatable location, do not hesitate to book. 10/10! Thank you, Jimena!

Absolutely amazing! 11 of us stayed here for a bachelorette and the place is even more beautiful in person. The host was so responsive and helpful, we organized golf carts and a private chef through them. They brought fresh water each day and helped us arrange taxis for our departure. Can’t recommend the house enough!

A lovely place away from the hustle and bustle of the main hotel zone. Walkable to the Isla Mujeres ferry. On the bus route into town but we never bothered. A real bonus having the private pool. Felt very safe. Spacious living area and kitchen well stocked with utensils etc.

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

Excelente mi estadía. La atencion excelente. La casa es espectacular y tiene unas vistas hermosas. Una tra quilidad sin igual. Se puede ir caminando a la playa sin problema.

El lugar es muy tranquilo al ser una privada, muy seguro, puede uno ir caminando a la playa y al ferry qué sale a isla mujeres, considero que es una opción ideal para familias que desean pasar sus vacaciones con una estancia espectacular. Sin duda será una próxima opción de alojamiento. Tienes a estas metros tienda de conveniencia y farmacia. y a 10 minutos centros comerciales.

Si buscas algo en la Riviera Maya, ni lo dudes, acá lo vas a pasar súper bien!. Estuvimos 6 noches con mi mujer y nuestros 4 hijos (21 a 10 años) y la experiencia para todos fue excelente. Las fotos y la descripción son muy buenas pero en persona es aún mejor. El departamento tiene todo lo que necesitamos y al estar en planta baja parece una casa privada. 2 habitaciones con baño privado más un toilette, y excelentes utensillos para cocinar si lo deseas. La pileta digamos que es casi privada, estábamos siempre solos. El complejo PA es muy lindo, muy seguro, tenés todo lo que necesitas a sólo pasos y caminando entre los piletones con delfines que es una experiencia única. Podes estar literalmente las 24 hs observándolos, no hay otro lugar así. Hay supermercado, negocios varios, casa de cambio, contratación y transporte a las excursiones, restaurantes de todo tipo y mucho más. Y Rodrigo... 1000 puntos sobre 10! Nos fuimos y nos siguió ayudado con tips para nuestro viaje por la Riviera.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic location. This is an extremely special place, the apartment is fabulously equipped and the terrace is simply superb. Shops and restaurants are nearby and everyone we met was so friendly.

We had a great time at Leticia’s Airbnb. Place was spacious for 6 of us. Beds were comfortable. Huge lagoon and several pools to choose from. Never crowded. Kids rented kayaks from the office and had a blast. Many places nearby to walk and eat.

Hola, Quiero agradecerle a Eric por la excelente experiencia en su alojamiento. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue clara y rápida. El lugar estaba limpio, bien equipado y muy cómodo, exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación también fue ideal para nuestras necesidades. El apartamento era tal como las fotos lo mostraban. Hubo algunos detalles de limpieza y mantenimiento que comenté con Lauren, ya que entiendo lo desafiante que puede ser gestionar un Airbnb y sé que esta información puede ser útil para mejorar. La comunicación con Lauren fue buena, aunque en ocasiones tardaba un poco en responder. Dormimos súper bien y la ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable. Sin duda, regresaríamos.
