The Vesuvius Suite has the best view of the Vesuvius area and is inspired by its rural lifestyle. This suite is furnished with a king bed, sitting area, night stand usb station, smart TV (with complimentary YouTube TV) and access to free WiFi. All suites have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity, and toilet. Linens and toiletries are provided. Please note that this suite is NOT pet friendly. Please note this suite is up a flight of the origional mill stairs which are steep.

A Secret Garden on Jackson is a beautifully restored Victorian home. As a family-owned and operated B&B, our mission is to bring together family and friends, and share the best of what Lexington has to offer. We are within walking distance of Historic Downtown Lexington, W&L, and VMI, and a short drive away from SVU. We have comfy beds and delicious breakfasts, and accommodate food sensitivities. Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

Because we watch ALL linen each time a guest visits, some comforters have been worn out. You have three adults on the 28 acres here. At least one will be available to help at all times!
