Our stay at this property was great! It is very walk-able and close to downtown. We were able to walk to our favorite coffee shop in the morning which was great! We also walked to the river trail every day. The place was clean and had all we needed to cook. We enjoyed our stay!

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

Ali made our stay very easy and went above and beyond, letting us know where extra dog supplies were, checking everything was okay and even leaving us a nice bottle and bottle of wine for the holiday. I would very much recommend this stay!

The host was very responsive and always answered any questions we had. The place was very spacious and welcoming with many places to sleep. We had an amazing time in the backyard around the fire pit, and close to amenities in case we needed something. Highly recommend staying here as a little get away from home.

Megan’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. House very clean, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was alot of fun! We would stay again!

Ron & Patricia where great hosts with great communication...All rooms where clean, the kitchen was very well appointed, the layout of the home was fantastic and spacious with the bedrooms located separate from main living area, great laundry...all electronics worked, pool table was great! on the outside...hot tub was clean and hot, the pool is a great size though a bit chilly " vegas pool water this time of year", the patio area was well appointed, we utilized the grill, fire pit, the loungers, beautiful trees...be prepared to maintain the patio area for tree debris as it's windy at times in vegas. Neighborhood very quiet except for little dog next door who would bark at times... We really loved the Home!

Thank you Destiny my family and I had an amazing time celebrating Easter in your beautiful home. Just perfect for my family, the pool and large front yard were great spaces for my grandchildren to play and make lasting memories.

This place was beyond amazing. There were eight of us that stayed. None of us needed anything. All of us were totally comfortable. Anything you could ask for was available! The pool was amazing. The heater worked fabulous. The hot tub went from 70° to 104° in about 10 minutes everything was clean. There was so many places to chill and just hang out. It was so so fun! We went to a few shows on the strip, but coming back and relaxing at the house was really the best part of the trip, every time we left the house we found ourselves wanting to be back at the house, just chilling by the pool, the hosts we’re very responsive and everything in the house was as it should be or better all the beds were comfortable and clean. It was very clear everything they did to make this house comfortable stood out. This house and these hosts are truly some of Airbnb’s best.

the place was lovely it was the perfect place for our family and friends to visit after graduation. we come to Steamboat often and this was one of the best places we have stayed in quite some time. We will be returning

The whole experience was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The place is super dog friendly—my pup and I felt totally at home from the minute we arrived. The fresh snow made everything extra magical, and it was such a treat to hang out and chat with Traci and some of the other guests who were just as stoked on the winter vibes as we were. Traci is a wonderful host—warm, thoughtful, and genuinely fun to be around. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough about how great the place was for us and our dogs. It was quiet, private, and the hosts provided so much. I was beyond impressed. There was nothing we were in need of as far as amenities go. The responsiveness of the host was amazing as well. We were slightly unprepared for the Sand Dunes this time, but we would definitely stay again to give it another go!
