It has two floors and a private garden on each of them. The lower one has an outdoor shower, in case you feel like showering in the sun after an excursion, and the upper one has a terrace for breakfast and sunbathing in winter and a porch for lunch and dinner in summer.

This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Charming house dating from 1778, restored with care to preserve its original character. Its thick stone walls create a quiet and cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Located near the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, it is perfect for enjoying nature. The area offers a wide range of hiking, biking, trail running, and moto road routes. Not recommended for babies or young children due to original features of the house.

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
